Sorry, but i can't think of a way to ask this without sounding snotty or condescending, so you'll have to forgive that.Do those of you born with Saturn in Libra (where it's exalted) feel somehow... "privileged," "above," or "better off" than those of us who weren't? (I ask since I feel--as do many others--that exaltation exceeds domicile in strength, so that's why I'm not asking those born with Saturn in Capricorn or--traditionally--Saturn in Aquarius) If you've made great strides in you life so far, do you feel hesitant, even afraid, to open up and share with others how you did it? How you succeeded while others may have stumbled and couldn't necessarily get back up and start again? Or do you feel this doesn't describe you at all? Again, I know how this can sound, but I'd appreciate any feedback, even clarification if I'm off base. Thanks. IP: Logged |

Yes,I have worked to show others how I have learned to deal with it. I usually use some opposite to counteract that, still working on finishing that off. Saturn Pluto Jupiter All conjunct In Libra, 2nd House. IP: Logged |

Okay, thanks, Mblake81. I also have Pluto in Libra, but not Saturn. I appreciate your feedback. If you don't mind sharing, how exactly have shown others? Thanks again.

Yes as well . Not afraid but hesitant because the tests and trials in life are different for each soul What I needed to do to succeed is not the same path for another. If I sense there is a direct connection then I have no problem opening up and sharing. No I do not feel priviledged, above or better off at all. I do feel blessed to have found the ability to take the tests on and keep working until I succeed. It was very hard work and it is still a work in progress . ------------------ Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it. ~Rumi~ IP: Logged |

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Testosterone Testosterone is a steroid hormone from the androgen group and is found in mammals, reptiles, birds, and other vertebrates. In mammals, testosterone is primarily secreted in the testicles of males and the ovaries of females, although small amounts are also secreted by the adrenal glands. It is the principal male sex hormone and an anabolic steroid. Like all things its a blessing/curse depending on how it's used. http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/domination It's like shooting myself in both feet, I still have spats were it seems like a good idea. http://www.astro.com/astrology/in_dgsecdhouse_e.htm IP: Logged |

Okay, um... lol, what does this have to do with my question to those with Saturn in Libra?

I was suggesting that perhaps the hormone could be the cause of mine. The question was asked about feeling above or something along those lines and how you have met the challenge. I was thinking over some of the things that have been a challenge for me, or learning to control. quote: Originally posted by 12thhouser: Okay, um... lol
Anyway, I am all for testosterone. But it is a different animal than estrogen. http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=recognize IP: Logged |

I have this aspect, Saturn and Pluto straddling my MC in Libra, each by about 3*. Sometimes I catch myself feeling better than others, but I try to remind myself all the time that there is no such thing. As for keeping my "secrets to success" to myself, I think I'm the opposite, possibly to an annoying degree. I'm not a particularly successful person by any means, I'm a wee bit on the lazy side (giving in to neg side of Taurus Moon???), and my recent Saturn return is becoming a lesson in my lack of ambition I think. Anyway, I'm always trying to tell people how I do things, and really just trying to help/make conversation. I usually get eye rolls though, and it hurts my feelings a little every time (boo hoo).IP: Logged |

Aw, sorry to hear that, MessyLilLeo It wasn't my intention to make people born with Saturn in Libra feel bad. I guess what it is (or could be) that's making me ask is, since Saturn is all about structure, and Saturn in exalted in Libra, I was curious as to how structuring your life and relationships has helped you make great strides. That was all. IP: Logged |

Oh, nooo! I didn't mean like your question was hurting my feelings or anything, I just never forget (perceived) slights against my Leo pride, and compulsively mention any injustices done unto me (haha).I don't think your post is snotty or condescending at all. I'm a Sag asc, I rarely get offended by anyone's questions and I always answer super honestly (from my point of view), even if it is whiney! IP: Logged |

Also, if any Saturn in Libra born people could mention which house it's in, whether the Libra is a duplicated or intercepted sign, I'd appreciate that as well. Thanks.IP: Logged |

Thanks, juniperb. Not to get personal, but is this your first or second Saturn return?
