Do you feel that communication flows smoothly when the mercury retrogades?I have natal mercury in pisces retrogade and I have been noticing since Nov 06 that everything related to communication has been flowing so smoothly for me,I’m lovin it.

Natal mercury in Capricorn, retrograde here. I don't notice any difference really but I don't particularly keep track either.

I'm usually a mess verbally, one of those people who'll have to stop mid-sentence because the word...it's just...there's a word...and I can't quite get to it - AND THEN THERE IT IS!

That happens to everyone sometimes.
It's me most of the time.

What I will say about myself (not bragging):

I can write brilliant papers.
I mean, the kind of papers that I'll read after I've written them and say, "Wow - all that was in me. Heh and huh."
But most of my chart's also retrograde, so there may be a tie-in there.

re: transiting Merc Rx:
Honestly, I never but never notice them, even when I try to - so there's that.
Perhaps that's our special ninja skill ^_^

You would think mercury going backward gives speak and thinking patterns delusions to the world. But actually it gives people a speck of genius to think outside the box

I actually feel as if I'm not properly articulating myself whenever I'm speaking to someone. Then, after the conversation is over, I'll play it back in my mind over and over again, analyzing every word. I strongly prefer to write out things and that's where I tend to shine.

Me too,I thought it was because my mercury conjuncts saturn,looks like it is because of mercury retrogade then.

Normally I can't tell a story without any 'mistakes', but now I'm in a "save the day" mode while everyone's struggling with misunderstandings and etc. Weird.

I usually have a hard time expressing myself in a way that others understand. I do have difficulties when it comes to explaining myself to someone, and it can be frustrating because it's like I hardly make any sense when I speak. But as others pointed out, I'm very good at writing and it's easier for me to explain things that way.

Sometimes I talk easily, words just flow out of my mouth with ease, but other times it's just messy and confused.

I haven't really noticed transiting Mercury Rx doing anything special to me, though.

I think slowly but deliberate.like think it as it comes out.
Also a lot of my thoughts I suppress the expression of.
So you could assume I'm a quieter than most gemini rising.
P.s. I haven't noticed the difference of a rx transiting effect.

I have natal mercury retrograde (2 Capricorn) and sometimes, it is easier for me to communicate during a retrograde. It's great because usually I truly think about the things I'm going to say before I say them. During retrogrades, I'm not as easily distracted and I don't constantly go over what I'm going to say to the point that I don't say it. However, I'm not immune to some of the things that mercury retrograde brings (especially when it comes to electronics and cars even though I usually get a hint a week or more in advance). Already, I lost my keys 3 days ago and my car is in the shop. All in all, I usually feel a bit more 'free' of my own self-imprisonment, during retrogrades.
