Was thinking about this tonight and have noticed a trend. Maybe because they sense I'm trustworthy and if I swear I won't repeat it, the person knows that I wont. But it's been going on my whole life. I know WAY more than I need to about people and their personal relationships.

The last person I encountered was at my place for a couple of hours and told me way too much personal info about her previous relationship. Not sure if it was just her (or if she feels she can do that with anyone), or if she felt she could open up to me about it.

In any case, I realize that I often know too much personal info about people - more than I'd care to.

But usually for me the opposite is true and no one tells me anything. People, in general, usually go out of their way to only tell me the absolute bare minimum about themselves - even if we're friends, they'll tell everyone else *but* me their secrets.

It's also pretty common for people to withhold things from me that they should be telling me because it's about me or involves me. This extends beyond friendship and romantic situations, too - even with family, I usually find out a lot of stuff by accidentally overhearing it, or piecing things together.

I find that people easily reveal their secrets to me, especially things that are taboo or out of the ordinary.

2 friends came out to me first among an entire group of friends, and in their families.

Many people with secret addictions, disorders, and mental issues/anxiety problems have confided in me, sometimes only me, because I 'made them feel safe' or they 'really trusted' me.

When I first meet people more than half the time if we have a natural connection, or whatever... they will really open up a piece of their heart to me without discretion, they'll tell me things I consider more private - like illness/mental disorders in themselves or their families, personal problems, childhood memories, their deepest dreams, etc. This can happen with just acquaintances, or with people sitting next to me at the hairdresser's, etc. I'm often surprised by these happenings.

I also am very Chironic/of Chiron so I feel this has something to do with it too. Sometimes I wonder if the 8th house combo with the healing energies of Chiron play into it.

I go to the parties...the first thing that people put on the table are all the drugs...if you want the drugs, ask me, I'll find the drugs simply by standing still and being me...they will fall out of the people's hands into mine..

I don't do drugs though...

I get the people who tell me the secrets on all the other people too...I know the dirt on people six degrees away from me.

It's my eighth house power and I never abuse it. It's my gift..

I can't trust people in this time of my life right now but I've always been everyone's counselor and psychologist too, I speak truth whether it hurts or not

Virgo energy is impartial and not invested. They’ll tear away at the details and “fixability” of the issue then trying to find the “moral” or “right” way of solving it, and for many people, this energy comes across as quite comforting.

Pisces energy is really non-judgmental too and is a “let loose and let be” energy that may not offer much solutions, but a very good ear.

I would look at Virgo/Pisces placements (Moon, Mercury, Venus, and Mars) and also Virgo/Pisces in 6th/7th house.

The above placements make a person feel like they are being heard without the individual concerned “filtering” out their views in order to project their “right” way of dealing with the issue.

These placements absolve personal involvement and thus, the ability to “keep” secrets. The individual is not “keeping” secrets at all, merely being a sounding board. The “secrets” are projected back to the individual confiding without judgment.

I know someone who has Pisces Ascending, Moon in Virgo and he often jokes about how he attracts “basket cases”.

He also, however, has his Mercury conjunct his Jupiter in Sagittarius; this makes him seem very passionate, very invested and too “moralistic” and judgmental.

My experience is people tend not to trust Pisces because they have trouble figuring out how not to even sabotage themselves...they frequently randomly reveal things in conversation on a whim...some Pisces are different and most are not.

And virgos are so critical...first thing that comes out of a virgo is "your problem is.." or some sort of fix for your secret.

On the neigh...my experience is capricorn - strong reserved silent, and scorpio - intense silent brooding...are more of the secret getters and keepsers.

8th house Scorpio and do really agree with this, sometimes you'll just meet someone and next thing you know you are pretty much in their wheelhouse about things that happened ages ago..for no apparent reason.

Odd thing is, normally never have to say "I'll never repeat it" as for whatever reason it is just assumed I shall not repeat whatever is said to me.

What is scary about that is one also attracts the crazies to speak.

If I can ask, do you have a steady gaze and calm manner? Do you smile often and have insights?

It's not just the gossip though. People often confide in me with their personal issues and genuinely ask for help. Before getting into Astrology, I always thought it was because I have a degree in Psychology, but this has been happening since my pre-teens.

I know what you mean and some Virgo moons/Sun can seem , paradoxically, very cold and judgemental.

The experinece I've had with the Virgo moons I've met is deep sympathy. But then again, most had Neptune aspects to Moon, Sun or Mars.

I feel this is a very accurate statement, I have my Pisces sun conjunct Mars and mercury in the 8th house. I am your regular agony aunt!! I dont know how you feel but I find it can become tiresome at times. I have become so internalised and self reliant that I dont know how to ask for help even if i needed to. I feel that people are only really interested in me as long as I am listening to them. I have attempted to discuss something that was personal to me but am normally met with "oh you're strong, you'll be fine" End of conversation.

Nothing, but nothing shocks me. Sometimes it almost concerns me how unshockable I am.

On the back of that, I recently began training to become a Psychiatric Nurse, I'm on a break period at the moment and am debating whether to continue in that field of nursing or change braches to a more practical field (which in all honesty, i prefer)

With Mars supporting the Sun in Pisces, there is usually an innate “calling” to help others; often in the “behind the scenes” sense (unless both are found in the 1st or 10th house).
As I said earlier, Pisces energy is often non-judgmental and receptive. But as been earlier stated by another Lindaland Knowflake, it is not always the case(I get that).

I can imagine how exhausting it must be to absorb everyone else’s problems.

But I think a more pertinent question would be; do you gain some satisfaction from being able to be the “receptor” of other people’s stuff? And how do you rid yourself of so much negative energy? Meditation? Prayer?
