I have this with my new boyfriend and it is the closest aspect we have in synastry. I am the Venus (in Scorpio, in eighth); his is Jupiter in Leo, his eighth. He has the square natally, though, because his Venus is in Scorpio,too. His Jupiter also squares my Venus-Pluto because I have the conjunction natally.

There is a lot of fun, joviality, and good times. We are "supposed" to like different things but we like a lot of the same things and have similar senses of humor. He does go a little over the top with compliments, adoration, and spending money, but I love it all except his money spending because it's getting to the point where he can't afford it. And I don't care about that kind of stuff anyway. I feel he still thinks he needs to impress me all the time. He doesn't. We've been dating three months almost now and if I still wasn't sure about how I felt about him I would've left already. I tried to tell him to be honest with me about his finances and what he can or can't afford because we can work around it. He just shrugged it off, which bothers me.

We also have it the other way around, by one degree, but my Jupiter in Pisces trines his Venus in Scorpio.

Downside of it is tendency to go to excess.

It's in pisces where venus is exalted. Her venus falls in my second house and my jupiter falls in her 5th. Also my Venus lurks close by (4 degrees) which also falls in her 5th house.

On top of which my jupiter/venus midpoint exactly (0') conjuncts her sun/moon/venus midpoint.

We talk about everything & anything under the Sun for hours together, verbally abuse each other for fun, harmlessly flirt, laugh a lot & are generous with our time & money. We also tend to concentrate on restaurants. I enjoy the most when I'm with these two because I can behave in public however I want without offending or embarrassing them. The Leo moved to Switzerland 2 years back & the Virgo moved to Canada last year but they call regularly & we meet once a year.

My big time crush Venus conjuncts my Jupiter by 56 seconds Applying (I believe this is the source of my huge obsession with him. It was love at first sight for me. I will pray to find a double whammy with someone. This close and applying aspect..oh how I wish! Lol)

*Love at first sight could also be due to his Venus squaring my Uranus by 8 seconds A!*

My Venus trines his Jupiter by 7 degrees (A) so maybe that's why he doesn't feel it as much as I do.

The other one that plays a major role is his Moon conjuncts my Venus by 5 (A)

My moon doesn't affect him (aspects aren't applying)

With the guy I'm talking to who claims to feel obsessive about me..

My Venus squares his Jupiter by 1 degree (A)see now the tables have turned here, he likes me more unlike me and crush up there whose Venus activates my Jupiter.

His Moon also conjuncts my Venus but only by 9 degrees (A)

My Jupiter trines his Venus also by 9 (A)

Me and him also have close moon sun aspects and my Pluto activates a lot of his personal planets. So that also counts, but these are the major aspects that to me indicate why they remind me of the other. I checked with several other guys and we didn't share these Venus/Jupiter aspects, which is why I believe these are the aspects that remind me of each other

With an elementary school crush who I liked (he liked me more though) I also share Moon conjunct Venus double whammy. They are active My moon conjuncts his venus by 3 and his moon conjuncts mine by 27 seconds. But my Pluto squares his Venus by 2 degrees and other aspects that might play a role on his big time crush on me.

But it's amazing how my big time crush and the guy I'm talking to share these same Jupiter/Venus aspects w. me! They also have Sun conjunct Jupiter in their birth charts. And it's amazing how I checked with many others and we didn't have these. I only count the applying aspects..
