What signs or aspects make someone likely to promote themselves without shame and willingly, and possibly often?Also, what signs or aspects make someone feel uncomfortable promoting themselves? ------------------

Lol, I honestly thought this thread was really a self-promotion thread. It got me curious XDD Hmm, it really depends but maybe there's some fire sign influence going on there? XD For me, fire signs exude more confidence and assertiveness than any other sign. As to the opposite, maybe the Sun in the 12th in a hard aspect? Or some saturn influence (limitation) on the sun (expression of ego), maybe?  IP: Logged |

I was thinking the same thing. The Leos I know are great at self-promotion! As said above, fire is very confident!I also agree about the 12th house thing. I'm a Sag sun, but my sun is in my 12th house. I'm very withdrawn and cannot stand being in the spotlight for any reason! I never, ever promote myself. Ever. I do not want any attention on me. I've got a leo sun conjunct Virgo mc and I'm terrible at self promotion. I mean seriously bad. I blame my Scorp asc, and Neptune in the 1st house ~ I can't think of anything worse than the limelight and I've been trying to get over myself for the best part of four years now ~ I have to do self promotion because of my work. I am leo sun scorpio rising neptune 1st house. I'm terrible at that too lol I also have leo mc but that doesn't seem to help much ------------------
