Topic: Mars/Pluto Aspects to the ASC Intimidating??

I am wondering if these aspects cause people to be uncomfortable around you?I have these aspects (mars + pluto are also conjunct in scorpio--5th house) and I sometimes get the feeling that I make people uncomfortable---especially guys. I go along and make jokes, have a grand time, but then I also sense some unease. Actually, I have a bit of a hard time connecting with guys actually....but that is a different story! So, is Mars/Pluto/ASC aspects different for women than for men? Is the energy "easier" to accept and handle in men? What are your experiences?? IP: Logged |

Understand what your talking about, as I have Mars conjunction ASC and Pluto square ASC. With Mars square Pluto, and people take things the wrong way from me. I have to be very gentle the way I talk to people or they think I am being aggressive with them. Its so easy for me to come off as being snarky, even when I not trying to be. And yes I do intimate guys, I can't count how many times before that I found out from someone else that a guy likes me, but doesn't have the nerve to talk to me or ask me out. Have also had instances where guys would watch me from afar or try to 'track' what I was doing. Once when I was in college I had this strange guy that would call me up at night to bother me, and what really scared me is when he was able to tell me all the classes I took. Just down right creepy. Though nothing bad has happened to me, I do think these aspects can be harmful to women, and think it can be better handled by men as they are more comfortable with this type of energy.IP: Logged |

For me. Yes. I look very intimidating without colored contacts. Penetrating light blue eyes almost out of place for my face. But I also look more angelic to some people. I guess it's what I'm looking at. I have Scorp asc conjunct Pluto from 12. Mars inconjunct Pluto My contacts were bothering me yesterday so I didn't wear them and everyone agreed I looked intense but still pretty. It's just that alarming Siberian husky look kinda thing. Not for everyone (obviously not me since I tone th down/darken them with lenses) It could be a combo with my Taurus moon. Or maybe not. I have an ex who is Scorpio/Aqua/Taurus with that similar intimidating glare
Looks aside. I am still pretty intimidating. Haha

I have mars and pluto conjunction my ascendant in scorpio.Yes, I look intimidating/angelic. When people first see me they are intimidated, but after like 2 seconds they start smiling when I start talking, or being my usual nerdy self.  IP: Logged |

I think it depends on the natal chart of the other person. If they don't have any Mars-Pluto aspects or any other placements or aspects of a similar nature, then yeah, possibly.I have Mars square Pluto

Saturn My mom was an Aries Ascendant whose Mars was very close to being in Scorpio, and squared her Pluto. My brother is an Aries ascendant with a gun-fetish. So no, you don't intimidate me LMAOOOOO. my ASC is square my mars and pluto..i think i've had my fair share of experiences with bullies over the years. there was a boy when i was 12 then another boy @ 16. i told on the first one and got him suspended from school and the other just gave up because i wasn't reacting. the first left me alone after being suspended too. then after 10 years of peace i fond myself the target of bullying again, this time in my late twenties . two middle aged women lol. even though it was horrible at the time, thinking about the number of times they tried to frighten me and embarrass me now i mean two middle aged women picking on someone half their age - not something i care to be angry about or even bother thinking about anymore. i'm a cap rising and i have also been told i look stand offish and cold.
people aren't sure of me until they get talking to me and aside from those four bully people, i tend to scare people off with a straight face. people always think i'm someone i'm not. IP: Logged |

I've got Asc trine Pluto and Venus, making a GTAnd NO, I'm not intimidating. Pluto trine Asc is good for making lovers feel at ease, definitely so in my case. IP: Logged |
