First read the planets in houses. It can get really confusing trying to understand all of it all at once. Take it step by step.

Pluto in 3rd suggests a hectic relationship with your peers/siblings/neighbors; its either very good or very bad.

Power struggles between you and the people represented by the 3rd house are likely with this position.

I often see that peer relationships fro people with Pluto in 3rd, have a sort of "fiery" temperament that results in many up/downs that transform the individual with Pluto in 3rd.

Either they experience betrayal, loss or physical death that changes their psyche in as far as 3rd house relations are concerned.

Uranus in 5th suggests a person who likes to gamble and take chances.

The 5th house is the house of speculation and risk-taking and so with Uranus there,there is a tendency for one to be open to taking risks and open to gambling.

In romantic interludes,it suggests an often erratic,changeable and unpredictable lover.
