My husband relocated for work and now has dual citizenship. He's not planning to return home. He has a Sag MC. Neptune in the 9th (ruler of his Sun). Mars trine MC.IP: Logged |

I've looked at the map (not sure if this is the one you're talking about) that shows you where certain planets are and what that would mean for you in the specific places. All of the places I'm interested in were either no good for me or just boring lol. I ask because I always felt like I would travel abroad, fall in love with a new place and stay there for good.. Especially England. I'm always so drawn to English cultures, people, cities. I "yearn" for it, per se. I have a packed 12th house.. Sun (Taurus) Mercury, Venus, Ceres (all in Aries) in my 12th house (starts in Aries, cusps Taurus). I also have 9th & 10th house in Capricorn, Uranus and Neptune in my 9th house. There have to be some other indications. My IX and XII house are empty and I've always desired to live abroad. Most of the music I listen to is from another country and I have always felt a connection to other cultures. I've looked up some birth charts of people I know and many of them are 9th house heavy yet they have never ventured outside of their home country nor do they have any desire. Here I am with a strong desire to venture far away from home and I've been a few places. It can't all come down to the 9th and 12th house can it? I'm so confused!IP: Logged |

I suggest checking what's the ruler of your 9th house and what it is doing on your chart.

I've lived abroad for over 20 years. I have 4 Sag planets, including sun & moon in 1/2H, with Cancer on the 9th. Don't know what to say about my own desire to live abroad. Perhaps it's the Cancer/Moon thing. Maybe I feel more secure aboard? But maybe look at other house and their rulers like 3H for short travel/neighbors or 4H for your connection or rather perhaps a lack of connection with your ancestry/heritage? IP: Logged |

I have Venus in Sagittarius and I don't think I've ever dated a man from the same background as me. My recent exes have been from other countries. Ruler of my sun sign (Capricorn) is in Sagittarius in the 7th. Capricorn rules my 9th house. Could any of those be an indicator? IP: Logged |

Checking ruler of 9th house could give good hints as sunnya has already mentioned above.
Also, the same for astroclick travel. Look up where ruler of your 9th house falls on the astro click travel map.
You might just have more "luck" or "good feeling" travelling to those places.People often forget this but House 3 is also a part of travel since Mercury(Gemini in particular) rules communication and travel. Mercury rules short distance travel. Jupiter rules long distance travel. IP: Logged |
