I just made a noon chart (name I give to charts where the birth time is unknown) and it shows the 4th and 5th house being ruled by Gemini, then Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Scorpio, 10th house Sagittarius and 11th house Sagittarius, and the 12th house by Capricorn (1st house is ruled by Aquarius, 2nd is Pisces, 3rd is Taurus)

Where would my Aries planets go in that instance? I know it's not an accurate representation of houses since it's a noon chart, but surely this happens even with known birth times too.

But the 2nd and third aren't ruled by Aries, so I'm confused

Is Aries intercepted? I'm trying to visualize the chart

If it is, maybe second house?

Yes, the 2nd is co-ruled by Aries because it's intercepted. Mars would be the co-ruler of the 2nd House, along with Jupiter and Neptune, if we use all possible rulers.

What's intercepted mean, and how can you tell? I'm trying to figure out how Mars would be co-ruler of the 2nd since the 2nd is naturally ruled by Taurus??

Here's a chart with interceptions, which means that one house starts on one sign, like Aquarius, contains all of the next sign, Pisces and ends in the next sign, Aries. This means that Pisces is completely enclosed in the 2nd House.
