So I was wondering If lets say in synastry you don't have Uranus/venus aspects so there is no "love at first sight" type of feeling. But what if you meet this particular person on the day that their transit venus conjuncts your Uranus or vice versa, would their transit venus in conjunction to your natal Uranus produce the same "love at first sight" feelings even if its only temporary? Or are synastry aspects opposed to transit aspects much stronger in indicating attraction?

There can't be a personal transit, so when you say "their transit Venus" for example, what you really mean is "transiting Venus" as in - the position of Venus in the sky at that particular moment (which is the same for everyone).

But transits definitely affect the nature of our encounters with others.

If you have transiting Uranus in aspect to your natal Venus, for example, you could very well meet someone who will play out that dynamic for you - they may have a natal Venus/Uranus aspect themselves, or be heavily Aquarian or Uranian in general, or they could have transiting Uranus in aspect to a personal planet.

Those energies will define the relationship for as long as the transit lasts.
