Excluding Saturn. What about uranus/pluto/neptune? I'm going through quite alot of uranus/pluto/neptune transits and i feel quite alone.

Jupiter opposite uranus + neptune
Uranus sextile venus
Uranus opposite jupiter
Pluto square jupiter

I feel like i'm going insaaaane.

I think it's the afflicted Jupiter. You are not feeling warmth and goodness in your life at the moment. Instead you feel isolated, cut off from those around you.

Venus in 12th house and Pluto in 1st here.. I always feel lonely even though I'm surrounded by so many people all the time.

T Saturn transiting my 11th since a year and a half ago. My 11th is in Libra, and Venus is in Scorpio in the 11th/12th. I lost almost all my social life. I lost some friendships that I realized they weren't so good, and my best friend went abroad.

^ That transit sucks, I lost all of my “friends” during that transit.

If we exclude Saturn then Pluto/Chiron transiting 11th/1st/7th may make you feel lonely. Pluto just gets rid of whatever you don’t need and Chiron is the wound that never heals. Outer planets transiting 12th can also bring isolation. Just use this time to learn about yourself.
