For me getting lost in gaming would be venus in leo in the 8th trine neptune but my saturn conjunct pluto gives me discipline with things that can be addictive I feel so I create structure and rules around it.

I have games downloaded to my computer that I haven’t yet played, like Little Nightmares. I play fortnite, if I need something to focus on when I wake up depressed. I’m pretty good.

Don’t Starve, and Don’t Starve Together, my sister got me into in 2016.

I used to love Zelda, and if Ori is the cute one, set in a forest, that’s one I want to play.

My favourite LTM in fortnite, is The Floor is Lava.

I don’t know what aspects to mention. I used to play brave dwarfs if I needed to shut things out for the weekend. I would get through all of the levels, and feel better. I like that some can be solitary, or a group thing. I bought a microphone last October, so that I could talk to people.

ADDED: I like your observation about the 12H and feeling comfortable been a hermit and staying at home playing video games, I can relate with that with my chart ruler falling in the 12H and IC ruler falling in the 8th, it explains why I am in a mountain at 9,500 altitude.

I'm old school. I love Nintendo and Super Nintendo. I am very stubborn and resistant to trying """newer""" games like Nintendo 64.
I did a little bit of Sega on Play dates back in the day.
I had a game cube. But it wasn't the same.

Growing up I was big on Donkey Kong Country and all the Mario games.
My favorite fighting game is Killer Instinct.

Gaming is one of those things past elementary school that I would go years not touching and then get back into it again.
I did not get into the Zelda games until I was in my mid 20's....only for Nintendo and Super Nintendo.

I love it when it is also online, interacting with others (Venus in 11th trine Uranus). I made some online friends via gaming.

I even tested app games for a bit too.

But gaming isn't a priority anymore, I prefer astrology now haha
Getting lost into something, is what I crave and some human interaction.

out of **** mentioned here i have aquarius 5th, in placidus pisces jupiter is aspecting

i have venus-uranus sextile, but those are both aspected by other **** too, and some of the same other **** (mercury, moon)

i like survival horror games generally stuff like the fatal frame series, soma, deadly premonition(it's heavily inspired by twin peaks), eternal darkness etc and other assorted **** i can't think of right now because i'm high

i like first person shooters a lot too, shooters in general i played a lot of halo on social slayer, gears of war horde mode, and left 4 dead on xbox live for a while

i enjoy sniping, i like getting headshots

i like bullet hell too liked ikaruga a lot, but i mostly play them on my phone at this point so i haven't played it in forever i play the squadron games frequently when i feel like doing something mindless

i can enjoy puzzle games like catherine, ico, limbo, thomas was alone, and portal, and indie **** like papa y yo and **** that's barely a game like the static speaks my name (i love it for sort of being a todd solondz movie)

i really like shadow of the colossus too, and in retrospect the heavy occult symbolism i didn't notice in it the first time i played it years ago is interesting

i can enjoy fighting games if a lot of people are playing, prefer 2d **** like blazblue, guilty gear, and darkstalkers but i'll play whatever all 3d fighters have a similar move pattern so it's just about finding the right character and in a lot of those games the characters have stayed the similar enough over the years to play as them and pick them back up easily

so just having a popular main in those is good enough to play with other people for years even if you don't play all of them or play infrequently

ive just known a lot of people who will put fighters on while smoking and **** i suppose 🤔

i haven't played a mario game since mario 64, i guess i played wario ware for the wii but that's different

i only really like the first one and only really the speedrun route otherwise i don't want to play it that long

i don't think i've ever finished a zelda game, got mostly through a link to the past, ocarina of time, majora's mask, and the first one but 🤷‍♀️

never played ori, looks good aesthetically at least (havent looked at gameplay ever) but i probably never will because there's a lot of **** ive never finished and i play them infrequently now and when i do it's generally a bullet hell game

i find mindlessly dodging bullets in a tiny plane while endlessly shooting **** soothing, the second you think in those games you **** up and you usually don't get many hits if any that you can take without the game being over

i only finished the 7th final fantasy, got very far in the others and didn't like 7th the most so not sure why that was the one i finished (4,6, and 9 were all better series became unplayable post 10 but i did like the updated battle system in 13)

i played the remake somewhat recently, and while the updated battle system was better than the original turn based **** (though im ok with turn based **** like legend of dragoon and earthbound and the original ff games) i lost interest as soon as it became quest based in the slums

i can't stand quest based rpgs and even **** like an added fps element like destiny doesn't help that, fable 2 is the one exception to that

Me having Venus in Gemini is probably also why I like, in particular, computer games.

Venus is also sextile my Mars really, in my opinion, linking these energies.

Because I actually like outdoor fun and activities and other games.

Some years ago my health started to get worse, then I got diagnosed with lupus, arthritis, and other autoimmune issues.

So I had to say goodbye to:

dancing
martial arts
skateboarding
surfing
baseball
tennis
snowboarding
soccer

But because of my bone fragility I can't do those things now, or risk an injury. Sometimes it simply hurts to use the vacuum because of pain issues.

If my health was top notch I probably would rarely touch video games. But in that way gaming can be good because it gives us an outlet even if we can't physically do much anymore. But I do get bored of non-physical games. Like I crave physical stimulation.

I've got my sun, mars and merc in the 5th house.
