Strong mutability is seen here in the high hairline and larger forehead with tapering face. This could be from an emphasis elsewhere, so the Asc is almost certainly a mutable or cardinal sign or when exactly correct aligns with a planet of mutability. I'd say Pisces most likely, then Sagittarius.
