Excuse me for isolating energy; these are the baby steps I continue to take in Astrology. Again, I'm a newbie all over again now that my chart is concrete.

Mom passed on when I was in high school. It doesn't get easier as I age, it actually gets worse. I find that I don't "grieve" during her birthday, as much as maybe recanting the events of the very date she passed on. Just wanted to acknowledge that last week a heaviness set in my heart and she also has began to weigh heavy on my mind. Curious about my transits and there you have it Transiting Mercury has danced to my IC and is sitting there basically exact now I miss my queen SO much. Awesome to refocus on her, even with the subtle pain.

Transiting Mercury on the IC is indeed a very personal but very active transit.

If there are aspects of transiting Mercury with natal Moon/Neptune/Jupiter,there could be a regurgitating of memories-whether good or bad.

But these are likely to be nostalgic and feelings of being "lost"(especially with Neptune and Moon),perhaps missing the peace of knowing the person was there etc.

If Mercury aspects Mars/Pluto,there is resentment, anger, defensiveness and a feeling of being "at the mercy" of your thoughts.

The thoughts can be intense and there can be a feelings of anger and regret- followed by insight and psychological perspective.

But whilst you are in it. Because of the sharp nature of Mars, the thoughts can have one feeling really angry and in sharp pain (Mars rules sharp objects). Like someone is "cutting" out your heat etc.

Since your IC is in Aries, the transits of Mercury in Aries would be bringing the energy of Mars-Mercury that I described above.

The good news is that you are willing to talk. Your thoughts are more active now than ever. And this is the effect of Mercury on the IC.

The not so great news is that there could be anger, resentment and a short temper that could come "out of nowhere".

Suspicious thoughts, defensiveness and even dark notions are also common.

I would say that this is an excellent time to voice your thoughts out and talk to someone.

Much of what you say may sound bitter at first, but there is insight to be gained too-as time goes on.

Swearing may have a therapeutic effect!!!

You've called me out. I am in the mood to "lash out" at my siblings for various reasons and those reasons do in fact correlate with our mother.

I've for many years (off and on) tried to bring this family together and repeatedly 2 siblings here, 3 siblings there, have dropped out. They've retreated and isolated themselves. Those actions numbed me in recent years. However, things are VERY different. Possibly because of tSaturn getting snug into my 12th House. Now everyone wants to "Kum-bay-ya" and I've opted to be in isolation. How dare I?

I feel my blood boiling as of late. There will be no biting of the tongue. I'm more than ready to let it out on each and every one of them. There is resentment towards two siblings in particular.

Bottom line is, the Arian temper is indeed more prevalent than ever before. My companion serves to keep me grounded, because wholeheartedly I've always been timid to speak my mind because words hurt. I've never wanted to have to "regret" unleashing my feelings in a stinging manner.

Mehhh. Swearing gets my vote!
