I don't really have any idea of how you can see acne in the chart, but i can tell you from my experience a few things which might help you. I used to have really bad acne. My skin was terrible for a few years and nothing would fix it. Even if i washed my face with the best and most expensive products, visits at the salon, nothing would work. Until... i came across Emoto and his thought experiment regarding water. We did the same experiment in physics class with rice and it worked. If you wrote a bad word on the bowl of rice and then daily focus on him and be really negative, telling him he is stupid and ugly, that rice in time would turn out much worse than the other bowl of rice which was loved and given positive thoughts. So, i gave it some thought myself. The universe works on the law of Cause and Effect. It happens daily but not many see it or want to. If you say/think something, it comes back to you one day... not always in the same form though, but masked. & just then... i realized... that i was hating my face and how i looked like all the time... silly me it was an extremely hard process but in the end i managed to love myself and my face for how it is. guess what? i no longer have acne. i rarely even have issues now. Love yourself! That's the point. Then you can shine. Dont hide yourself! Show off. (saturn in aries) IP: Logged |

Cant speak astrologically but I can speak holistically. Clean up your diet and up your water intake, Give it about two weeks to clear out your system and you will start to see results, IP: Logged |

Sometimes I think diet plays a role in acne. Being a 90's kid...My mom wasn't a cool mom, and would not pack cool junk in my lunch. Also my parents didn't buy pop. I never had acne. Yes I'll break out. I'm more likely to get zits if I eat sugary sweets.Thought I'd add that food for thought. Best wishes aleenaxo. But I do think astrology can play into these health circumstances. Great observation since Aries rules the head/face. I think Saturn can give us a hard look at our health. I quit smoking when Saturn transited my 6th house. IP: Logged |

Do you have any planets close to the 1st house cusp? Or planets in adverse aspects to the Asc?IP: Logged |

From personal observation, acne and other skin conditions (e.g. eczema) are often found in people who have:Saturn in adverse aspect to the Moon or Mars. I would possibly add Saturn/ASC. In some cases I've seen afflicted planets in Capricorn (especially if it's Mars) and generally an afflicted or very charged Mars. (But not all people who have such aspects have acne or eczema, naturally.) ___ Diet is extremely important when it comes to skin issues, don't believe anyone who tells you otherwise, doctor or not. A lot of people have food intolerances or allergic reactions to certain things they eat and they don't even know it (for instance, lactose or gluten). Also, certain foods are more inflammatory than others, so cutting down on them can help immensely (sugar, trans-fats and alcohol especially). Add to that natural, organic food (veggies, fruit, nuts and seeds) and tons of water (as well as good hygiene) and you should see notable results. Of course, there's the hormones as well, so if you're a teenager/young adult, it's not exactly something you can totally avoid (if you're prone to acne) and it will probably become better a few years down the line. Ps. ilunatique made a very important point we should all keep in mind for better health and overall energy. Our minds, emotions and intentions have a lot of power and it'd be great to learn how to use it more effectively. IP: Logged |

I think diet can affect people, but I strangely have most of mi best skin days when I eat really bad. I loooooove holistic health though.
Not a myth. I've worked in the field for a long time now and I've seen dietary changes along with probiotic use help numerous people. Western doctors are big on pushing pharmaceuticals (oral and topical) that are horrible for you. (Just as Eastern practitioners are big on pushing neutraceuticlas that most people don't really need.) Use the elimination diet to help you with your food choices and to give yourself a mild detox. Find a good probiotic for your gut and up your water intake. Also up your cardio and sweat. Use a good non pore clogging face wash (Purpose was recommended to me by my dermatologist - $6.00 at the grocery store) and maybe a little witch hazel as an astringent. If you can afford it, Lancome has a great line for oily skin as well. If you invest in only one thing from the brand make sure it's the toner.

I have Saturn biquintile Moon and I have struggled on/off with eczema my entire life. It disappeared at 14, and has only recently started showing up again, though its dissapearing now.(I'm in my early 20s)On the other hand, my skin is pretty good. All the little acne marks I had I cleared up with Dudo Osun Black Soap and witch hazel/rose water/tea tree water combo. I have also used TCA peels and yellow oil peels on my body to remove layers of dull and dead skin. I wash with exfoliating gloves every other day, and I moisturize with a good lotion and mix that water combo in with the lotion. I drink between 120-130 oz of water a day(basically a gallon), and wear spf 50 if it's really sunny outside. Lastly, I drink 12 oz. of Apple Cidar Vinegar water with the mother inside...make sure of that fact, and that it is unfiltered basically organic ACV. This caused my skin to literally purge out all of the toxins in my skin so I could clean up afterward. Hope this helps OP, and let me know if I can help. IP: Logged |

Also I suggest drinking plenty of water, I have a habit of drinking lemoned water, no sugar with a straw as the acid tends to damage teeth with time. IP: Logged |

From everything I know as far as planets are concerned, Saturn is the most likely culprit. Having said that, I think that astrology shows the predisposition to something like acne and then all the diet, health and energetic efforts will make the difference in the end. So basically, you might be able to see the possibility for it in your chart but do something about it in real life. I had a friend with absolutely perfect skin but her chart did not show a predisposition to acne. She could eat whatever she wanted and her hormones and stress levels did not influence her skin - other parts of her body but not her skin. I've had skin issues from 12-38 (now) and the thing that got totally rid of them was a one week fast/cleanse. I did it in another country at a place which is designed just for that purpose. It ended up balancing my hormones, cleansing my liver, reducing my stress and in the process completely clearing all my acne problems, until I went back to my old ways :S I have Saturn exactly sextile my ASC and conjunct my IC so in my case what you see in my chart will indicate potential triggers to acne - in my case, emotional stress or feelings that affect my self worth at the root (IC and Saturn conjunct) connected to my face (AC). That's how I see it working. The chart can show you how it will/might turn up for you. And then changing diet, stress levels, self esteem, energy work etc is how you can deal with it most effectively. IP: Logged |
