Venus and Moon will show the type of chick a guy likes and who he'll tend to date and will eventually marry if the natal chart does indeed promise marriage. In this case I won't interpret planets in house positions since the house positions are probably innacurate since birth time and city is unknown.

His Venus is exalted in Pisces showing her loves sensitive women who are creative. He likes a traditional woman who doesn't talk back or come across as brash or too forward. He'll probably prefer it if she doesn't argue with him. Pisces is a mutable sign so he also likes go with the flow types who aren't too stuck in their ways.

His Moon is in Sag again emphasizing a mutable nature since Sag is also a mutable sign. He'll want an adventurous, sporty girl who will go hiking with him and just basically have fun. If she's able to spontaneously drop what she's doing and take an impromptu day trip or hike that is all the better. He wants an outgoing and friendly girl, not a wallflower afraid to interact with others.
