Yea I can't for the life of me figure out her ascendant...usually when I can't figure it out I go with Pisces and I'm usually right lol.

Hmm I wanna say Libra because she has a "cute" youngish look and dimples but again I keep second guessing myself.

What do you guys think?

I've always thought Aqua myself and funny you mention Cancer, because I did a 1 card tarot spread asking what it could be and I got the queen of cups, which is the Cancer card. Thank you!

Her personality..hmm I'd say she's a go getter and she can be brash..But I honestly think this has to do with her Mercury in Aries more than anything. She seems pretty domestic too, she likes to cook and all that. So maybe it is Cancer...
