Hello,
I've been reading that a lot of you consider hard aspects more powerful than the easy ones(especially the conjunction). Some don't even look at trine/sextile when asteroids are involved. Why is that?Shouldn't the natural, flowing aspect be the one that the native would pick up first, before a conjunction or a hard aspect?
I will give an example with something i found in my chart and the chart of my friend:
I have Mercury sextile Jupiter and the same Mercury conjuncts Saturn.Guess what?I am very talkative, too much i would say. After i talk with someone i always have this bad feeling that i talked too much and regret it.I do censor myself but too late.I constantly tell to myself that i should censure but i fail to do so.I would talk for hours and at the end feel completely drained and consider it a waste of time.
My friend has Mercury opposite Jupiter and Mercury trine Saturn.Guess what? She is not talkative a lot of times.Sure has times when she enjoys talking but talks a lot less than me.I have noticed that she tells what she has to tell and after shuts down.So picks the fluid aspect instead of the hard one.
Also know a guy with Eros trine Jupiter and square Saturn. He is very sexual.Has Eros sextile Neptune(always thinking of sex).Again...Saturn does nothing to constrict him.
What do you say?I start to believe that the easy aspects would have more power over a native because this is natural and flowing.

I think hard aspects are more noticeable because they make you feel uncomfortable and push you into action. Personally, I've only really felt my flowing aspects when they're super tight. The ones that are a bit looser, not so much. But with the hard aspects, even the loose ones I can feel with as much intensity as my tightest flowing aspects. The really tight hard aspects always take over.

In my chart both aspects are the same degree but in my friend's chart the opposition is closer than the trine yet she feels the fluid aspect stronger. As for the guy he has the square with Saturn at 3 seconds and the trine to Jupiter is exact. As i said he is very sexual and would **** anything, male or female.I don't know...maybe it applies only when there is a case like 1 planet is involved in aspects with 2 contradictory planets like Saturn and Jupiter. The flowing aspect would be felt more than the hard one.
