Fatalistic, not my thang. If it were up to them, I'd never be with anyone ever (having Venus square Saturn and Venus square Chiron and Chiron opposed Saturn... ZOMG) IP: Logged |

Magi Astrology has been discussed on & off here in the past. I'm surprised it hasn't come up in a while. Most folks have a dim view of Magi Astrology with their narrow definitions of what constitutes workable relationships, among other theories. They swing between extremes - between 'magical' angles & 'turbulent' angles, Cinderella aspects & Heartbreak aspects - their world is very black & white. I personally didn't give it a second glance - I don't view the world in terms of black & white - and much prefer other techniques to this one. IP: Logged |

I read some of that Magi info and some of it is relevant like how someone with sexual aspects long term needs someone else with sexual aspects. They also specified which aspects gave the high sex drive, high romance drive etc and for me based on previous partners it was relevant. However I try to avoid too much use of Juno etc, so didn't pay much attention to Vesta and the other asteroids. IP: Logged |

Not chiming in one way or another on the validity of magi as a whole, but as a note, if the aspects you're citing are your natal ones, that's not what they say. Natal astrology is /markedly/ different than transit/historical/synastry astrology for them. The clashes don't count the same. I can try to come up w the link, but google it. I know I just read an article a few days ago on the difference. The magi astrologers believe natal aspects are gifts, and never curses. quote: Originally posted by amowls**: Fatalistic, not my thang. If it were up to them, I'd never be with anyone ever (having Venus square Saturn and Venus square Chiron and Chiron opposed Saturn... This is not something I have explored. Although, I know of it but have no curiosity about it.Lately, it's been persona charts, harmonics and esoteric astrology. IP: Logged |
