I only have Jupiter in Cancer 4 degrees in house 2.

I’ve been not wanting to go out and spend. Christmas, bills, taking a plane ride for a wedding in a few weeks. I don’t get any paid time off at my job. I work at a school and I’m hourly not salary. I have to go to the doctor today too.

I’m conflicted about finding a new job. Compared to other places I’m paid well. But it’s not the best environment. I’m with a younger age group. I’m grateful for what I’ve learned, but I experience much more joy with older children. I don’t romantasise career anymore, but I should not be this unhappy. I like what overtime does to my checks, but not what it does to my mental health. I can work a 10 hour day, and I’ll only have a half hour break unpaid. Not even the 15 minute paid breaks that full time workers are apparently suppose to legally have???

I’ve had my ups and downs about staying, and how much longer I want to stay. I took a little trip after Christmas. I’ll have time in February to Job hunt. But I might just finish up the school year, and hunt in the summer. I want my whatever future job offer to be the right fit.

I have a lot of “the serious house” stuff going on in my chart right now.

Saturn in my 8th, Jupiter in my 6th, and the bloody Neptune squaring my Gemini asc...which feels like a nightmare sometimes. Traveling my 10th house. Really gets me down in the dumps sometimes. I’ve accomplished a lot, but all the nightmarish stuff to get to the right place I’m still going through. I’m abnormaly unhappy about starting back tomorrow.

If such sites are putting scary stories before you, then find a more rational source for this kind of information. If the fear is yours, acknowledge it. That is the first lesson of Saturn -- recognizing the fear and taking control of it.

Most importantly, Saturn will be making a conjunction to your natal Neptune. This is a tougher test of reality and the mind than either of the two transits you mentioned (to Mercury and Venus). Saturn conjunct natal Neptune then becomes the focus of this transit configuration and relates to cutting away wishful thinking and misbelief (opposite Mercury) that have been keeping you from moving forward. Don't forget Saturn is in its own sign, Capricorn. So focus on that. Its role there is one of organizing or structure changes that you initiate to rebalance the various relationships in your life to put you on better footing overall.

Saturn opposite natal Mercury can mean discovering that you need to say goodbye to something or someone (at least temporarily) that is underminding your confidence and growth. It is best to understand this not as pushing anyone or anything away, but cutting out the habits or behaviors that keep that dynamic alive. Saturn transits to Mercury expose problems in our thinking process and can be revealed in this transit through opposition or constant negativity from at least one person who doesn't seem to know how to be supportive. However, if careful consideration of what they're saying gives you some insight, then use it. If it causes you to question or doubt yourself, then toss it aside in favor of finding your own clarity and certainty.

Saturn opposite natal Venus takes this a step further. If you've used the previous transit to start setting up some mental boundaries as you take inventory of the communicative exchanges in your life and your beliefs, then you may conclude certain persons don't know how to be supportive, that you can let them go (for now). Saturn's transits to natal Venus relates to priority values, and what has priority now is your self-worth. It can be easy to feel rejected and lonely during this time, but look to the negative (or lack of) response you may get from others for how to turn it around to self-acceptance. Find the underlying fault lines in your self-worth and look for more admirable persons who demonstrate steadiness and self-acceptance.

Saturn opposite natal Sun will test what you've learned in practice and how your identity and energies have actually changed. But that won't be until 2019. So focus this year on the transits to Mercury and Venus.

This resonates so much, yes you're right Saturn conjunct natal Neptune I think will hit hard for my generation in general though most won't have at the same time an opposition to natal planets.

I feel structures are being changed already, I've been having difficult conversations, maybe the fact that will transit my 3rd house has to do with that, conversations need to happen and I need to learn a new way to communicate also.
