Obsessive compulsive workaholic. Prone to extreme diet fads, gym fanatic or someone very critical and finicky about a host of things -food, politics, religion, sex etc.

There could be issues with authority or violence. Perhaps through some form of social resistance action or activism.

Can be brilliant intellectually and quite domineering in that front. Need to refine or "purify" societal ills in some ways etc.

So many things to say about this aspect conjunction ruled by Mercury.

He/she might hire you with the expectation that you will be honest and perform with a Good work-ethic.

Your earth element houses are in harmonious positions.

(Is this job related to computing at all?)

When I met her she actually seemed pretty laid back. I got the hard working vibe. But she didn’t seem to be authoritative or super demanding. I’m just hoping she doesn’t have that classic Mars-Pluto temper. She didn’t seem like it. And the team environment there seems to be very laid back and easy going. I don’t know if they’d hire someone who was aggressive and hot headed.

I sound like a total google stalker but I saw that she actually brews her own beer and also helps at local breweries. So I’m thinking she has to be somewhat laid back to be into that lifestyle.

She is a libra sun. And I’m thinking Gemini moon. Her moon is right on that cusp of Taurus/Gemini so it could go either way. I’m thinking it’s gemini however, because she didn’t seem that reserved.

I’m meeting with her again for a “dinner chat” as a last stage of the interview process. So I’ll get a better understanding of her personality then. Fingers crossed!!

This job would be for Human Resources. I would be the HR Manager and she would be the HR Director.

Right now my current boss has his Saturn directly on my Midheaven so I guess I am used to holding myself to high standards at work. But that’s also my nature too. I am a perfectionist and I am great at my job, lots of hard work ethic here ;-) but I am not someone who will spend hours and hours at work. I like a good work life balance.

I guess I will bring that up during the dinner meeting, and to get a better feel for what her management style is and what she expects from her team.

As long as you don't have Pluto/Mars or Uranus in aspect to each other. If so...fireworks!!

There will be times where there are differences of opinion that result in touchy interactions.

As long as her Pluto-Mars does not aspect your Mars/Mercury.

Trust her choice in hiring YOU, Polkadotstars.

If you are into HR, you might want to purchase this book.

My partner has mars in Virgo at 0 degrees square Pluto in Scorpio.

Not exactly the same, but very similar.

Mars in Virgo is very technical about routine, tasks, service, etc

I’m sure your boss is a workaholic or just really cares about his work in some way.

Virgo energy has to feel useful to others and productive.

Your boss values neat, orderly, and hardworking employees from my guess..

This is not a boss you want to play around with when it comes to being dependable and on top of things no matter how easygoing the rest of his chart is.

This is just my opinion from personal experience.

I have a 6H Scorpio stellium myself including Pluto.

Not to mention, I’ve dealt with a lot of Virgos.. a few Virgo mars.

I hope I could help.

Good luck with the job. I hope everything works out for you!

Excerpts from LIBRA Boss Chapter 7, starting page 107 (Carolyn Reynolds)

My quicknotes! LOL

She has labelled Libra boss as
The Peacemaker
Calming
Able to Manipulate Situations.
. . .

<They're good at making exceptions to any rules>

. . .

<Know how to pick 'the right people, right projects, and having an element of good luck in final success equation.>

p.104 "She is also excellent in departments of human resources" .. <or justice(lawyer/paralegal)>

<talents tend towards conservative approaches>
. . .
What Drives The Libra?
Relationships
Interactions with People
.. Theme song would be Lennon's Imagine.

p. 105 . . .
"The water signs of Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces often inspire Libra with their strong, intuitive powers.
Libra can approach the water signs for insights the Libra can understand because they come from the gut.
Libra's insights come from the heart.
Libra is feeling-based and understands decisions involving emotions."
. . .
Libra Work Style
Prefers Consultations
Sorts Facts
Is Diplomatic

"Libra does not fare well in sterile cubicles with hard angles.
Libra wants to be surrounded with warm tones, cozy fabrics and people who 'partner' with her well."

p. 106
"A social animal, Libra gives equal importance to after hours:
who she is having dinner with ,
which social functions to attend."
. . .
The Libra Strengths
Social Skills
A Deal Maker
Strong Emotional IQ
...... The Libra has a strong emotional IQ and functions best when utilizing her innate ability to get along with others, develop their good character traits, and defuse stress and disharmony.
<They are 'people smart'.>

p.114 THE LIBRA BOSS
Seeks Opinions
Is Ambitious

.. even-tempered, adorable .. but she will be decisive about your termination if she thinks you are no longer an asset or have slacked-off your commitment to her agenda.
{skipping a lot. read the book!! LOL}

"Ever had dinner out with a Libra boss or business owner with clients?
She is a warm host, sparing no expense, the setting memorable. .......
The conversation does not turn to business, deals, or clients.
If it does, she becomes vague and steers things back to 'people'.
Her business is not about business, but 'relationships.'
. . .
... Libra wants to help us love one another, one person at a time.
... A surprisingly large percentage of Libras have strong religious training or good old-fashioned Sunday School backgrounds.
..... Lennon grew up with a puritanical Methodist grandmother and remarked that her influence stayed with him, some of which you can hear in his lyrics.

"From early Sunday school to prayers at rallies,
from treating people well to creating public policy,
Libra puts the emphasis on his fellow man;
without it, Libra would find no inspiration." pg. 116

Hope this could have given you more clues.

MOSTLY?? "Just" be yourself, and relax into the 'relationship' that SHE is forming with 'you'.

BEST of Luck to you..

Aww thank you mirage for going through all of that effort to put all of that information together for me. That’s really sweet of you to do. And very helpful!!

I think it will be fine. I get along with about everyone. And she seems really nice as well. I just am having those pre job switch jitters and doubts I guess. I have never changed jobs before so I’m a bit nervous and of course over analyzing everything.

I think she clearly sees something in me that could contribute to the company. And I have a hard work ethic that I believe she would admire and agree with. So I’m trying to shake off those jitters

Thank you all!
