What’s your 12th house and what do you suppress?My 12th house is Aries and most people will never see me mad because my temper is almost nonexistent. I will get very frustrated maybe I’ll yell one time but that will be it , I will go back to seething with anger silently.
My mars is Libra as well which isn’t a very angry sign.

I know a person with Aries mars 12th house and he’s an overall chill guy. When he gets angry he suppresses it, and he never mentions what his plans are. I thought I had him figured out but he still surprises me, haha. I have mercury and Venus in 12th house and I keep quiet about my thoughts and opinions and affections to the general public but with close ones it’s different. IP: Logged |

Saturn in Capricorn/12th house.If I'm working towards a goal, no one will know until I've accomplished something. Even then, I won't make a big deal about it. Could it be that you take action in
secret ? i.e a cashier makes you angry and you don't say anything to them. Instead, you go to their manager and verbalize explicitly your discontent. Especially when Mars is in Air or in aspect to an airy planet. If Mars aspects Jupiter, its a long lecture about the injustices of bad customer service and their relation to lost customers to the manager. Perhaps a long winded angry E-mail to the national manager? Especially with 12th house Pluto/Mars aspect in this house. You want to interact with the boss of the boss. I have Pisces on the cusp of the 12th and Jupiter/Sun/Neptune square 12th house cusp. I tend to keep my interaction on these types of sites secret  12th house IMO is not about suppression per se. Its about doing/thinking or interacting with something in secret. The danger with Aries/Scorpio or Mars/Pluto in 12th is that one can unwittingly create enmities. As this is because people didn't see the forcefulness of your act coming. Perhaps you meant to act discreetly and not to offend anyone. But it ends up looking like you stabbed them in the back.

Moon at 29° in 12th in Leo parallel mars in Pisces at 29° in 7th house. I get mad initially, then ponder on it and it disappears only to resurface when a pattern is established. Then I weigh my thoughts on why I’m upset, and either get over it, get even, or get it out of my system(a good cry). When the latter two happen it’s usually somewhat dramatic and most of my friends support me asking me “didn’t this happen six months ago?” My 12th house doesn’t allow me to feel it at first.its a Very keep calm and carry on aspect. I didn't know that 12th house is what you suppress... Could I know more about this ? But I was thinking this also, but I was not sure.. About 12th in Aries, my mother has this, 12th in Aries in her chart, and that true it seems that she's rarely mad.. Or she doesn't dare getting mad of being self-confident.. IP: Logged |

I'm not sure. I have Sagittarius on my 12th house cusp and neptune in capricorn in the 12th house. I've been betrayed by Sag females in the past (I get along great with Sag males). I just can't trust the Sag females as friends.

i have sun,moon,venus,saturn and mercury in the 12th house.So i basically have supressed my entire personality. Because i also have pisces ascendant which is u know similar in terms of energy.... I have supressed saturn too i think,in the sense of never trying to look at reality in the face. IP: Logged |

I dont agree that the 12th house means suppression and some people will say the 12th house is the house of hidden gifts we bring from previous lifes. If you have a planet in the 12th house it is aspecting other planets, unless is unaspected which I think is rare, so it will express itself through the other planets and will not remain "suppressed." My pluto in the 12th aspects everything in my chart if I include the harmonic aspects and I don't feel I suppress my pluto at all, pluto is my chart ruler. IP: Logged |

I have Aries on the 12th house also, and I agree with you. I very rarely raise my voice in anger, and honestly don't remember the last time that happened. I also have a Sagittarius mars, so I get over things quickly. IP: Logged |

Aries rules my 12th as well, but the complete opposite of what was said thus far. HA.I can bet you it has something to do with my mars in Sagittarius right above my 7H cusp OPPOSITE my ASC. Mars is also conjunct pluto and square Saturn. My anger is always misunderstood or displaced. That is where I guess the suppression comes in. I almost always feel frustrated when others misinterpret my actions. My outbursts are usually way out of context according to outsiders, but inside myself, I feel it was appropiate. It’s like I’m not aware of my own anger or something. Some people get me, most don’t. My mother has tried grtting me to go see a therapist, but I really truly don’t think my anger is THAT bad. I’m not overly aggressive and I keep to myself. It just doesn’t take much to trigger me. I have Mars conjunct NN in the 7th so this all apart of my soul journey. My 12th house is in Aquarius and I have my intercepted Pisces Moon in there. What this house means to me is that I tend to keep the area my planet is fixated on private, so it's suppression in a public setting, though not necessarily through other platforms. Overall, I basically suppress my emotions. I never tell anyone what I'm really feeling and hate opening up to people, even to those closest to me. It's like I never want people to see me in such a vulnerable state because it's too painful to endure. I'd rather keep everything to myself and somehow on my own work it out. I was the child who never told their parents how the day went at school unless I started crying out of the blue for something I couldn't suppress any longer. Nobody knows to this day what my deepest thoughts are or things about me in general. I'm VERY secretive as my Moon also trines my Scorpio Pluto in the 8th by two degrees, making it a Hades Moon. I basically get my intense emotions out through my artwork, and that's about the only time someone will truly see my innermost feelings sprawled out in the open. IP: Logged |
