It's interesting that there is a firestorm of people accusing Aquarius Sun Ellen DeGeneres of being mean and cruel. It's interesting because not too long ago everyone was throwing shade and clowning Oprah for tripping over her feet and falling on her ass after talking about "balance." #karma, #kobeandMJgettingonthatazzfrombeyondthegrave.

It's interesting because these are some of the most beloved (catch my pun ***** #RIPAquarianToniMorrison) celebrities. Are Aquarius Suns under attack? Is this a trend?

People also came at Oprah through her special friend Capricorn Sun Gayle King. After Gayle's disaster interview with Women's basketball legend Lisa Leslie. Gayle brought up Kobe Bryant's rape allegations to Cancer Sun Lisa Leslie who was friends with Virgo Sun Kobe Bryant. People accused Gayle King of trying to destroy Kobe Bryant's legacy, being insensitive for reasons of it being too soon and not allowing his family to mourn him, plus the dead can't defend themselves). People accused Gayle of being opportunistic and trying to sensationalize or throw spice into the interview for views and clicks. People also accused Gayle of being a coon and a shill for white supremacy.

Where Aquarius Sun Oprah comes in is guilty by association. Aka who you surround yourself with is a reflection of your character mentality. There was also strong backlash about the documentary Oprah produced about Michael Jackson, Leaving Neverland.

People accuse Okra and Kale (lolZ) of constantly going after black men and black male celebrities (such as Virgo Suns Kobe Bryant, Michael Jackson,etc.) while protecting white male abusers (Pisces Sun Harvey Weinstein) and their problematic behaviors. People see them as more of an enemy towards black men/black male media image and as a symbol of the shady and unsavory nature of Hollywood culture such as the open secret process known as the casting couch.

While Ellen DeGeneres has been roasted on Twitter by some random ass comedian who asked people to share some of their horror stories and experiences with Ellen DeGeneres. The thread included supposed former staff members and people who were around her (like waitress/waitstaff). The gist is that Ellen is fake, cruel, and treats her staff like germ infested underlings that are not good enough to breathe the same air as her. There are stories of Ellen getting people fired, almost fired, and Ellen asking people to not smile, look, or talk to her and sending people home for being "stinky". Other accusations is that Ellen is only "nice" to her celebrity friends and is a cruel bully. Let's not forget the criticism Ellen got when she hanged out with former President Bush at a football game.

Outside of that there has also been rumors for years that Ellen is abusive and controlling over her actress wife, Portia de Rossi. These criticisms are not new (well at least not to me). I heard about Ellen Degenerate (lolz the internet and these shady nicknames) not being so nice.

All this aside getting into astrology, it's interesting to note that both these celebrities are Aquarius Suns. Random but Gayle is a Capricorn Sun with an AQUARIUS MOON.

Aquariuses are some of the most loved Sun Signs of the zodiac. While people love dragging Geminis, Scorpios and Virgos. People LOVE Leos, Aquariuses, and Cancers (honestly interchangeable with Libras, Pisces, and Sagittarius). BUT USA is a Cancer Sun, so bonus points to Cancers. BTW USA also has an Aquarius Moon.

These are the signs that ain't do no wrong even when they do wrong.

Aquariuses are the cool, independent thinking, "down to earth", friendly, unproblematic humanitarian archetypes. People LOVE Jennifer Aniston. People LOVE(d?) Oprah and Ellen. Especially Ellen. I mean Lil B made a song about her.

I think we are in the Age of Aquarius (at the very least it's shadow period and the very very long death of the Age of Pisces), so it makes sense that the world is behaving and reacting more to Aquarian/Uranian/Saturnian energy. We have been so long in Age of Pisces that were are waking up to our own disillusionment and the emotional violence that comes from it. Neptune in Pisces helps with that too.

It's interesting to note that both Ellen and Oprah have Sun conjunct Venus in Aquarius with fire moons. So maybe people have problem with them having an ego. Like they are shocked that these people are not ........ "perfect" ....... "nice" "good" and for "everyman" that they first appeared to be.

Aquarius is opposite to Leo. These are opposite signs but there are similar too. It's just that they use their similarities in opposite ways. What is similar with Leo and Aquariuses are their EGO and how they use their ego. Leo use their ego to draw people to them. Aquarius use their ego to draw people away from them. Personal VS Impersonal/Interpersonal.

To be a celebrity you have to an EGO. It can be a small ego, a decent sized normal ego or a huge EGO. Ego isn't a dirty, bad word, we all have an ego. It's just an Ego can both sustain us and destroy us. That aside Aquarius is said to be a celebrity sign that are most likely to be famous and enjoy the fame. Aquarius are detached enough to not let the stress of fame get to them, are unique enough to stand out and be comfortable enough to stand out, plus Aquarius has a very group oriented mentality, which makes for the perfect celebrity.

Celebrity is a weird concept and is a weird symbiotic relationship between two strangers that has a swinging pendulum of adoration & idolatry; and obsession & hate. Strangers loving on talented strangers they never met. Strangers (with the help of the media) exalted them, defend them, when they don't know who you are. Strangers want or expect someone who doesn't know them to be accessible and relate-able when they are not. Celebrities like parents are human (cliche i know).

With social media, us underlings can all have a shot of fame. Celebrities are more accessible but we have more of a voice now. Opinions are like ******** . Everyone has one. I mean Super Leo artist Andy Warhol had a concept that "Everyone will have 15 minutes of fame." Like did he predict the future?

We underlings have been given a voice which one of the water bearer, Age of Aquarius's mission. That aside with are people mad at Oprah and Ellen

- for having an ego?

- being themselves?

- being apart of a corrupt cluster of systems (exploitative Capitalism, celebrity/fame and Hollywood/media culture).

Aquarius as friendly and conscious as they are, are detached, cold, logical to the point of narcissistic psychopathy and can be very dogmatic and prone to groupthink. This honestly mirrors a lot of the behaviors we have as a society.

BTW I am not defending Ellen or Oprah, they can use their beds of money as a blanket and wipe their ***** with gold toilet paper for all I care.

Aquarius archetype can be the off grid Mountain dwelling gun toting antisocial nonconformist rebellious conspiracy theorist that is very anti-government/vax,meat/religion in their Uranus form.

Or they can also develop into the sociable respectable media darling brainy conformist tech billionaire guru archetype that is very into social Democracy, Science, Tech, sustainability and prestige in their Saturn form. Aquarius is ruled by both Saturn and Uranus. Aquarius doesn't have to choose between these archetypes (unless they want to) but they can be both and are both.

Just because Oprah and Ellen DeGeneres are well liked, don't cause drama (that we know of) and are not desperate annoying fame ****** doesn't mean they are good (or bad) for that matter. Just because someone is rich, famous and powerful doesn't mean that they are automatically virtuous or bad.

By challenging the status quo and the people up top we are channeling the true spirit of the Age of Aquarius.

Honestly this is more of a reflection of us as a society and culture and the need to question our values in relation to fame, rich people and media and we are easily manipulated and won over by these status markers. Celebrities ARE STRANGERS. We may think we know them but we don't. They are not our friends or saviors. They are here to entertain. They are part of a system. We are part of a system.

I write a lot about pop culture and celebrities in relation to their astrology because they are exalted and famous for a reason. We and the way we response to their personalities and their energies is for a reason. We need to learn from them and take lessons from them. It's a perfect astrology case study and great way to learn, observe astrology in the real world and in relation to our own life and experiences. Celebrities, fame and the wealthy are a mirror and case study of our society and where we are at as a culture and nation.

Overall my point in all of this is that the Age of Aquarius is teaching us to detach, think for ourselves, draw our own conclusions, and to stop giving away our power. We are both the individuals in the community and apart of the community and we have to find a way to navigate between the two.
