Looking to move to LA - where Pluto will be less than 3' from IC. This is typical in a life changing aspect but does it mean that my home life AND career life will change for the worse?

Does Pluto always mean bad?

Hi mztiny! I moved to LA recently

Ummm I’m not sure if it’s necessarily bad but certainly life changing. Don’t know too much about it though.
I’ll be having tPluto conjunct my IC in the coming months so I’m looking forward to reading the replies.

Does Pluto make any squares to your personal planets?

I am a bit confused by your question. When you do a relocation chart via astro.com it just shows your natal in different house placements.

Can you explain?

You may get less visitors to your place OR you may prefer to keep where you live private.

People may have very strong feelings about where you live. It could be neighborhood that has a history of violence or polarization?

My cousin moved to a neighborhood riddled with gangsterism(she wasn't aware and has since moved).I didn't place much value in her relocation chart however but I do recall that Mars was in the 4th.

That revelation alone was spooky.

Hi Aries - may I ask why you didn't value her relocation chart?

Unless you live in west LA you will live in the ghetto Also I heard there will be a bad earthquake soon. Which part are you moving to?

There are SO MANY ridiculously affluent places in Los Angeles that are not Beverly Hills or Malibu.

La Canada, Calabasas, Pasadena, Studio City, Burbank, Silver Lake.. that's just to name a few at that.

That's like saying "if you don't live in the Upper East Side of New York you'll be in the ghetto"

It is all still up in the air as to where I will live but probably west hollywood or somewhere in a very nice area.

I think its because i only considered the natal as important. I felt the relocation "crowded" things at the time.lol

mztiny, don’t follow your fears because astrology tells you to. Follow your heart and if LA calls you then go! No regrets right?

Also whoever posted that you’d live in the ghetto if not weho is delusional. I like in Noho (Toluca Lake) and it’s wonderful and safe. Lots of celebs live here actually. I love it. So move I say! 🗣 And if it doesn’t work out, guess what, you can leave! Good luck 🙏

No.

I'm from LA and there are quite a few areas in LA that are safe but aren't in West LA (which is wealthy and thus very unaffordable. Other areas like Hancock Park, Hollywood Hills, and Los Feliz are also extremely upscale despite being in Central LA), like much of the western and southeastern San Fernando Valley (Studio City, Valley Village, Encino, Sherman Oaks, Tarzana, Woodland Hills... the northern parts of these areas are more middle class and still safe. The northeastern SFV is a bit dangerous though, as Pacoima, Van Nuys, Panorama City, Sun Valley, most of North Hollywood, San Fernando, and Sylmar don't have the best reputations). Northeast LA, Central LA, East LA/Boyle Heights, and South LA are still dangerous but many of those areas are slowly improving, mainly Northeast and Central LA. There are also numerous quality suburbs nearby such as Burbank, Glendale, and Pasadena which also have their safe middle class areas along with their wealthy areas (Pasadena's northwest area is a bit dangerous though, though the Rose Bowl is west of that area and is considered west Pasadena, which is very wealthy) if you can't afford the city proper. LA being nothing but celebrities and the ghetto is a stereotype.

If a place is calling your name, there's probably a reason for that, as the place you live, along with your career and relationships, can be an important part of learning the lessons your soul needs to grow.

Thank you ladies -

1) for all the info on where to and where not to live.

2) for showing me that even though I have a negative relocation chart (well I think it is) I should still go. I tend to put a LOT of weight into astrology and the charts. I treat them as if they are the right answer ALWAYS. I need to expand my mind in knowing that Astrology is just a possibility not the TRUTH.
