Just based on the facial/head images along, I would say yes. Maybe even Cancer rising. But Sagg rising would show more in the body type than in the face, as Sagg rules the hind and legs. I think you talk about his face expressions, energy when you say Uranus. Does he has some strong Uranus in his chart, with Mars ? His eyes are a lot like Scorpio. People with strong Neptune often have dreamy look.IP: Logged |

I know someone with Neptune AC and strong Neptune in chart. I think for strangers, he has this, dreamy, good boy appearance what almost irritates me because I see Aries and Saturn all over him. I do have this weird faces when I’m in Uranian mood😏 I could have calm Neptune, Cancer appearance when I gain some weight, but Scorpio people/ or someone who is more sensitive to energy, they see me differently. Neptune sq. my AC ruler, maybe, Uranus too.
He's a Scorpio Sun, Mercury, Venus and Pluto. No aspects between Mars/Uranus. He has Sun sextile Uranus and Venus sextile Uranus.

He gives impression as an extroverted person. With all this Scorpio, it should be extroverted AC. His face resembles Cancer, but it’s probably not.

I don’t think it’s a sufficient evidence for Virgo AC Lol They’re supposed to be less round.
I thought about Leo, maybe, something from Matthew Perry, his body build and face shape (when he wasn’t too skinny), but Matthew’s face is more elongated, Virgo like, I think because Saturn sq. AC.IP: Logged |
