When I think of a strong scorpio, I think of them in terms of their ability to feel intensely about whatever, and translating it into power in any field or area of their life. For good or for ill, their intensity is their strength, and can even fuel their relentless obsession/dedicaton. Just depends where it's aimed.

Scorpios use subtlety to get what they want, they play the long con pretty much like Capricorn.

However the Sun is in its home in Leo which might be what's being conflated here?

I think both Leo and Scorpio are pretty successful signs in general and accomplish what they desire in different ways (I mean of course they do, even though they're both fixed modalities they're in different elements).

I think Leos can shoot themselves in the foot in absurd, Looney Tunes style ways if the energy isn't high functioning. Scorpios can have a certain elegance and cunning that Leos lack. Conversely Leos can be more charming and influence the masses in their favor a lot more easily which can lead to a "win" in the end because likeability trumps all in Western culture.

don't think that it had anything to do with just women, anyone who takes the **** they've been through and carries it with them in life in a way where they manipulate and lash out and are bitter isn't healed and thus not strong

strength is rising above that **** and not letting it consume you or eat away at you etc

scorpios being associated with things like obsessiveness and grudges etc are just associated with things that show a lack of true strength of character

it's not that every scorpio is like that, but that the general summary of the sign is

there's just no true strength to be had in the general description male or female

I relate to this. I have Moon in Scorpio, and the moon is my chart handler. For some reason, ever since I was a child, people used to say I was "mature" and "strong" and that I could handle everything, when in truth I've always been sensitive and fragile. When I had a breakdown and got very ill after dealing with a very heavy situation, everyone was shocked because they thought I had everything under control (and I never said I had).

i think all fixed signs have a blind spot that sort of ***** them and so i don't think of them when i think of strength entirely

i have leo in my chart (leo mercury and my sun and mercury are in mutual reception) so i'm not being bias here but like... 🤷‍♀️

anyone of any sign can be strong on an individual level but just sign based energy i don't see leo or scorpio as strong because of the ego fixation they both have which they go about screwing themselves with in different manners
