There seemed to be a concensus among many of us recently that time has sped up. I concurred; however, since the beginning of March, time has slowed considerably (and prior to the quake). Or maybe it just returned to normal and appears slow relative to how fast it had become. Is anyone else experiencing a month that is dragging its heels?

Funny, I've been feeling for the past 2 wks or so that my life is being filmed documentary-style, my days are stop-motion and I feel hyperaware (you know how documentaries zoom into faces with no airbrushing just the honest emotion of the moment), as if it's all leading up to something. I know this doesn't make sense, but I at least agree that before this time my weeks were slipping by out of nowhere.

2nd that notion Randall...
everyone I've spoken to...
can't sleep at night...
up to 2-7AM...
animals acting unusual as well...
dogs and cats spending a tremendous amount
of time either "hiding" or wanting to be in
your lap and over your "heart"... demanding
to sleep near your body...
very interesting signs all around...

What bibi said about being awake in those hours.

As for time? Well I thought this yesterday in a very odd sense, I actually felt it faster! At one point so fast it felt slow... Lol omg that hardly makes sense.

That is so strange... my sleep is very disturbed at the moment, from 2am to 7... I have noticed the wildlife here acting a little differently, taking into account that it's early spring, AND, time really has slowed down for me - I was convinced that it was April 1st next friday...

This is strictly a Biblical perspective cuz you know I believe in the Bible.
Most scholars believe we have one more year until the Tribulation which will then be a 7 year period.
The Tribulation is the end of this present "Age".
The Millenium is the next "Age".It will be 1000 years of peace but the Tribulation is horrible.

I would be interested in seeing some resources on that Bibical info!

Time keeps slipping, slipping, slipping into the future

I find it exciting and do sense time speeding up .

I do not find my four leggeds, domestic or feral, behaving out of the ordinary here. A little spring fever maybe, but normal

Things seem normal to me, too.
Our fish has gone missing, and I presume that that means it died (and I just haven't heard about it yet). The cat seems to be acting normal. It did circle me like a vulture a morning or two ago, but I think she was just hungry.

As far as troubled sleep, note that big moon in the sky. It was shining brightly in through my window last night when I went to bed. I woke up a couple times last night, but I think I got decent sleep regardless. I went to bed early, so that helped.

I have no idea. I have been feeling energetically spent since the earthquake. Haven't been able to relax much, so feel rather tired.

If the day was shorter or longer, I wouldn't notice it.

I don't try to prove it to anyone.

It certainly depends on which scholar one subscribes to and deemimg which set ( scholars)aids the reader in understanding one`s belief and subsequent statements.

Either way, IF a Christian, one Knows what Jesus said about it and then has no worries..

Perhaps the "rapture" is actually just moving to a higher dimension? Are people about to "disappear"? The question is--who is going and who is staying--the slow-timers or the fast-timers? I'm a heathen, and I'm a slow-timer, so I guess I'm sticking around.

Sorry Randall, the Bible doesn`t use the word "rapture" as some Christian sects believe it. The Latin Vulgate uses the word rapiemur, meaning to be caught up. There is a reference (paraphrased) about the saints of God being suddenly taken up into the air or as the catching up of Christians . But, rapture per se is not of the Bible.

So, guess I`m saying you are left behind... and I`m sure you will be in good company

Ya, I find the Bible to be taken a bit too literally at times :-/ It's also used by some as a tool to degrade and belittle others. There are parts of the Bible though, when interpreted correctly that can be very useful, mystical and beautiful

A lot of people take the rapture literally. I have mixed feelings, although I believe some will probably be "sealed" and be with God before mass havoc.

A lot of Christians will become martyrs and be with God after "a rapture" takes place. Really though, things will have to reveal themselves through the unfolding of events, as revelations is very symbolic, and the rapture is a somewhat vague event in the bible.

I wasn't aware of that, Juni. But I do know there are some common misconceptions in the Bible. For example, the oft-quoted "spare the rod, spoil the child" isn't even in the Bible. But even if it were, it is misinterpreted. Shepards would use the rod to guide the sheep along the path--not beat them. So, it means to lead by example to children. And there is a verse about it being more difficult for a rich man to get to heaven than a camel through the eye of a needle, which seems to indicate that only the poor will reach heaven...but a needle is actually a doorway that camels would have to be taught to get on their knees and crawl to enter. Difficult? Yes. But it was done all the time. And the nativity scene in Bethlehem was an embellishment. There weren't three wise men. There was a whole caravan of wise men, and the trek took nearly two years, so they gave the gifts to a toddler. But I hadn't heard much about the rapture concept. I do think the Bible has some very wise passages within its pages.

Whoa.. that is so true. Our cats don't seem to want to leave the sanctuary of their room (they have a separate room with a baby gate because of our 90+lb 1 year old Lab) and Rocky (the Lab) has been VERY needy. Although, time to me has been speeding up at certain intervals and then seems slow at others. Sleep... damn, I only get that when I am so tired nothing can wake me up (because of the Lab being a needy ned)
