Goodness, I hate soaps!
Never managed to watch them with a straight face. The absurdity of the drama gives me some good laughs though.

My grandmother had me ADDICTED to All My Children (her "stories" haha) when I was a kid. That's the only soap I ever watched. She has Alzheimer's now, so I don't think she noticed it went off the air.

Randall, I watched the DOOL when in the USA.
I even have a class project (lol) based on its script (we built an "Eliza" kind of machine that could converse with you about the DOOL plot). But I never liked watching it. Too boring and fake for my taste.
