It went up a bit when I wore it on the right wrist, so I must be wired backwards. On the left wrist, it went back down. It seems to be the cure...for me, at least. IP: Logged

Seems fine to wear as long as you don't have a pacemaker or electric implants of any kind. Cappies are just about born with high blood pressure. It's our natural state of being. I lowered it with supplements, but then I had a detox (cold) and used nasal spray, and it stayed high after that. The lowest I could get was high normal occasionally. The magnetic bracelet took me below 120/80 for the first time I can ever recall. IP: Logged
