Wow, that would take a lot of typing, so I will have to do it in increments. First and foremost, I learned to control my anger, to criticize less, to forgive more, and to set my ego aside. One Lesson I learned early and am seeing it proven every day is that Sacrifice is always rewarded...and Love is all.------------------

What emotions etc did you have to go through in your journey if you could share. Was it very painful?------------------

Indeed! It is always painful to be wrongly accused of things, which is common among celebrities, but not something I was prepared for myself. But it helped me to develop a thick skin and to realize that people will always think what they want to despite any evidence to the contrary, and sometimes people will believe anything they are told...so I learned to just soar like the eagle and take the high road. No one's negative opinions of you should ever change your opinion of yourself. Do what's right, and hold your head up high--knowing that you are doing good. Never be ashamed of where you came from (as long as you have grown), and never be afraid to be yourself. You are the way that God made you--flaws and all--and there is nothing wrong with trying to bring a little honor and Grace into this world whenever and wherever you can make a small difference. What's small to you may be huge for someone else. Sometimes one tiny kind act can save a life...or transform one. ------------------

I agree, Platero, and maybe something like that will be arranged when LindaCon starts (someone will notice and ask). No, Ami, such things usually happen when growth occurs as a natural byproduct of circumstances that are thrust at us; however, when we make a conscious decision, the heart follows, and conversely, when the heart is changed, the mind cannot help but to do the same.IP: Logged |

I feel all my fear in my stomach--Moon and Mars in Cancer. I guess each person experiences fear in a different place. I do see that changing is quite a miracle as some people seem as if they never change.------------------
