At the moment, I'm having trouble working out Audacity, and getting imported tracks to play one after the other, so I'm downloading the full soundtrack from the first season of Game of Thrones, and seeing how that goes (combined with the "affirmations" track).

Any tips? Or a link to music that would be useful for another CD? About one-hour long, that isn't too depressing? Thanks.

I downloaded Audacity a long time ago but never got around to using it much.

I think after uploading the music you want to use, you can then record over it with your voice....

or make a seperate "script" with your voice and then overlay them in Audacity.

the exact steps to go about that I'm not sure of.

....here some instructions i found just now that might be of help:

Sometimes it's easier to get premade ones & if you do, I recommend checking the Monroe Institute website.

I need to listen to the ones I got more than like once a month though.
