I'm not sure what forum this should go in but I figured i'd post it because it'll probably give most of you a good laugh. I came across a status update on facebook where ultra conservatives were bickering and whining about obama winning and they were discussing abortion and how evil it is and should be outlawed alltogether. I chimed in and said "while I don't like the idea of abortion anymore then ya'll it is necessary in some cases, for example: what if a woman is raped and it results in a pregnancy, should she be forced to give birth to the rapists child?"and one of the guys responded" that's why people need more guns, so they can defend themselves, if women had guns they wouldn't be raped,abortion is wrong, period! and everybody else was pretty much in agreement with his asinine statement .IP: Logged |
