Thomas Picketty has caused an uproar in the world of economics. He is the man everyone is talking about.A quote from the Guardian newspaper: "The radical economist's book Capital in the Twenty-First Century has angered the right with its powerful argument about wealth, democracy and why capitalism will always create inequality". I looked up the Sabian for his SUN and laughed: http://www.astrotheme.com/astrology/Thomas_Piketty TAURUS 17°: A SYMBOLICAL BATTLE BETWEEN "SWORDS" AND "TORCHES." KEYNOTE: Refusing to depend upon the past, the seeker turns warrior, fighting anew the eternal "Great War. " How very true! IP: Logged |

He has merely stated the truth There should either be a global tax on wealth or there should be no compound interest charged on loans given to third world countries.

That sounds like micro economics. Macro is usually more interesting and comprehensible. Well, think of the bright side - you'll be a leader by the end. IP: Logged |
