First lets give everyone a tax credit for installing solar panels, then lets tax the hell out of them for having done what we encouraged them to do.
This is so WRONG.
Further reading suggest they want to discourage anyone from storing any electricity they are able to produce. In other words if it is rainy and cloudy you can't have any electricity stored to use without paying the gov for permission via high taxes.
Will this become a trend that circles the globe or will it be beaten back?
