I was just scrolling through Mr Sag`s fb, because I was bored, and my brother (the one with the Down syndrome) was looking over my shoulder and upon seeing a particular picture calling out all at once: "This is K." (our other brother).

I have never really thought about this, and I am really not objective enough, but why do you think my brother said that?

(please do not quote the pictures, as I will not leave them up on here)

I definitely see a resemblance. Mr Sag looks kind of sad in that picture, and he has a lot of forehead wrinkles for someone his age. I would've thought he was 10-15 years older than he is. He must just be very expressive as an actor.

I dont see resemblance. MrSag looks straightforward, daring, bold, completely open but also tired of too much life. The other guy looks timid, harmless, bored and self protective/ inferior. I see two completely different ppl.

Thank you guys.

Well I do see a certain physical resemblance between my brother and Mr Sag (interestingly they have the ASC on the same degree and both a Sag Moon).
My brother was actually pulling a bit of a face, cause he did not quite want to be photographed.

As for their "energy" for a lack of better term, it is different to me. Certainly not the same guy.

Interesting that you noticed it too, about Mr Sag looking sad on the photo (which was just a bunch of photos like this for the last months. Hopefully he gets happier again now).

Ami,

What do you mean?

^Yes it's called a doppelgänger. I wouldn't go as far as to say they are one another's doppelgänger. It is interesting though that having 2 of the same big 3, including exact rising degree, can give a similarity in looks. They could definitely pass for brothers. Sorry Ceri

Speaking of doppelgänger, I was once out in a crowded area with a group of friends. I saw a guy that literally looked like one friend's identical twin. I was so freaked out that I pointed him out to my friend, who then proceeded to walk up to the guy and greet him with a big hug and high fives. Apparently they had met before and both even had the same name. My friend liked to play pranks, so at first I assumed it was a joke and they didn't really have the same name in addition to looking like the exact same person. I know it sounds crazy, but this incident makes me believe in the possibility of time twins or body doubles, whatever terms they're given.

I also had a doppelgänger, although I never met her. I've been confused for her by 4 different people, even by her own boyfriend that swore we must've been separated at birth. A friend of hers walked up and grabbed my arm at a store, thinking I was her. Even my mom saw her once and thought she was me. She realized it wasn't, but said the resemblance was creepy. Even her mannerisms were the same as mine. I was not happy about this because she was a stripper. I have Venus conjunct Saturn in Libra. The fact that someone that looks exactly like me was a stripper, was extremely upsetting to me. That actually explains some encounters I had with strangers, probably thinking I was her.

Thanks B! That is what I mean. To me, Ceri;s pictures could fall under that.

Very interesting!

And I agree - Ceri, they look like brothers.

My brother had a doppelganger. One day my friends and I were roller skating and saw my brother, we thought. But he didn't acknowledge us, and my brother would never ignore us. I skated really close to him to try and make sure it was him, but he didn't recognize me at all. But I couldn't understand it. I thought my brother must've been in a weird mood, out of it, just not paying attention. I meant to ask my brother about it later but forgot (he didn't live with us at the time.)

Later, I was talking to my brother, he started talking about doppelgangers, and mentioned that he has one who works at the skating rink. I got all excited saying I had seen him, and my brother was laughing, and I was like, "But tell the truth. That WAS you, wasn't it? Playing a prank on me?"

My brother insisted it was not him, he had gone through this whole thing before with other people.

I hope he will always treat you kindly.

Faith that story is so funny. It's crazy to think that people can look so much alike that even family members can be fooled.

Apparently my friend and his "twin" had crossed paths several times, and they didn't think it was that big of a deal. I guess they were used to people's reactions. I was blown away, and felt like it was some sort of cloning experiment or supernatural occurrence.

Thank you, Mirage.
Anbd you mean Brad Pitt treating me kindly?

Nah seriously, he always did.
I`ve not payed so much attention as I maybe should have in past years, but yes, this is one thing that has always stood to me about Mr Sag, HOW kind and appreciative and attentive he has always been towards me, I even noticed how his voice changed when talking to me. Somehow getting softer or more quiet, I don`t know. When I did realize it, I thought it was pretty sweet. And I didn`t observe the same thing with other people. Maybe he simply was trying to not scare me away.

EDIT:
Of course that was before the phase of him starting to tease me in front of thousands of people and sort of putting me on the spot.

But then again he certainly did not do THAT last time we met, so we might have entered yet another phase. lol

As for Brad Pitt - Mr Sag, they have interesting synastry.

Sun conjunct Sun (1)
Sun conjunct Moon (2)
Sun conjunct MC (2)
Moon conjunct Venus (3)
Venus conjunct Venus (2)
ASC conjunct Mercury (2)
MC conjunct Saturn (0)
MC conjunct DESC (1)

Wow! Cool synastry!

I really really enjoyed you describing Mr. Sag! I'm glad he's kind and sweet towards you, and that you feel 'special' to him--- as he-ought and as-you-deserve!

Sooooo romantic. I blushed just imagining your contacts!

Thanks, Mirage.
Nah, not romantic. He`s a married man after all.
But you`re right, hes always giving me the feeling of being `special` somehow, and did so already in a time when I was full of selfcontempt. And I think I was very very defensive and possibly unfair towards him, I actually was angry with him for shaking up these beliefs about myself, which turned out to be all wrong. Okay, most of them were far too negative anyway so it was good he shook them up, but I think I wasnt really all that nice to him to be honest.

Well times have changed. He is married now, I am much more open - and our timing just really sucked big time. But who knows what this is good for, right?

Ceri! ... omg, I almost don't know what to say... I wanted to burst out crying when you said he is married. Like the experience of speed-version through a novel or a movie...

But I'm so glad he made a good impact on you and self-esteem issues were processed. You have grown (for sure). And you are more powerful now because of it.

You and he had clunky timing? ~oy, I understand those kinds of intensely connected-yet-misconnected times. I'm so glad he was a 'strong' man for you... let you wrestle-out some of those issues that absolutely needed to heal for you to advance.

Did you feel really deeply hurt when things broke up? .... I'm sooo sorry.

You say you feel "much more open" now.... And he is STILL nice, and attentive towards you. That's an elegant person, Ceri! You have an elegant friend.

I bet that boosts your confidence to have a person like that in your life. He knows you, and can be resource. Some guys make breakups about being angry nasty and rejecting. Without grace somewhere in the breakup, how could woundings ever heal?

He really cares about you. That's sooo nice.

You seem to be handling this sooo well.

Mirage,

thank you for your lovely words, but you misunderstand.
We`ve never been a couple, we aren`t even friends. It seems almost baffling that a stranger should have such an impact on me, but he had (and considering the famliarity I felt from the first time meeting him, it probabliy is not that baffling on some level).

He`s a local performer, which is why I have deemed myself always delusional and so on, on those occasions I met him.
I even did so when he literally blurted out on stage I was driving him crazy.
I did so when he was composing a song that described my vague behaviour in detail (which of course was just a coincidence, right?)
I partially try do so even now, but reflecting on the bits and pieces of the past it gets really ridiculous.

Well it`s becoming pretty obvious that he at least likes me and is possibly attracted to me more than he should, and I think each of us is trying to find a proper balance and a category our connection fits in. There are also some weird almost-threads into the family-past (of both of us), which might at least for me figure in as well. He`s almost like a long forgotten family member or distant cousin (distant, cause I can`t say my feelings around him are completely of the platonic sort, but I´ve been pretty great in sublimating my whole life, so why stop with it now?); heck I even studied at the same university with his best friend.

The thing is the more I deflected it, distanced myself, rationalising it all away, the more he started seeping into my life. Not like a close friend, but when I think about the last year in particular, I still feel dizzy with how real that connection, as loose as it is, has become.

And as it turned out us together in the same room is a bit like having the whole room becoming a stage. Well for him this is normal, he is an actor after all. But seems we have that weird mental humourous connection (that is if he is not simply staring at me and occasionally messing up his lines or forgetting to sing alltogether. lol Well things like that happen, I guess. ).

But whatever that is it`s not really a fan-performer-crush, but it`s of course not really something romantic either. I have no clue what it is, really. I`ve been trying to figure out what category it belongs in for years. I failed. I just don`t know, and it evolves and changes all the time anyway, so what it is today, it wasn`t a year ago and probably is not going to be a year from now. At least it`s entertaining, my little own soapopera.

Oh Ceri!.... I think you're ~hilarious, and just totally VERY okay. Thanks for taking the extra care and time to explain things.

You're Awesome... Your Sun and Mercury are ON my North Node! Have a Happy Day, EVERY Day! ...

Delusional??? Ha! ~Indulge. If you know what your doing, just Go for it!!!

So, you must relate to THIS song, for sure.
