I am sewing a butterfly onto a felt purse I made and I just finished sewing one side of it and decided to take a quick break and check Facebook. The first thing that popped up on my news feed was a video from this tarot YouTuber I follower and the intro was of a butterfly no less. What does this mean? Is is a synchroncity or serendipity? What do butterflies signify? I actually have a pretty big fear of butterflies that doesn't stem from childhood trauma and I was actually just telling my friend about this fear an hour ago while I was starting to sew up my butterfly. Weird coincidences?

Because I think they're pretty. I'm afraid of them but I also think it's amazing hiw many different wing designs, colors and species of butterflies there are.

Butterflies are transformations.

It is my understanding that butterflies relate to transformation and breaking free of old, out-worn ways of being.

If you have a fear of them, this may relate to challenges with change and adjustment.
