Its amazing what leaving a little context out can do to the meaning of a statement😉She didn't actually call Obamacare a mistake .... We made a mistake, the Democrats did, that we had hearings, which the Republicans didn’t. We had a bunch of hearings. We had Republican amendments added to the bill, but still we made a greater mistake because when we took it to the floor for a vote we did it with just Democratic votes. And that is from an article that tries to pull the same MISTAKEN narrative from what she said. Literally, you can take any thread title posted and find the real truth.Randall & Jw are my fave for this. Much of what they post is hyperbole, innuendo, projection, outright "framing", or false. But hey~ gets you through the day I guess. I long for the day when country triumphs over party lines. Where did the good of all go? Where did the good of the people go? Where did the precepts of Americanism go?
When did conscience stop being a thing? I have lost much of my confidence in America's ability to lead. And factually we no longer do, in every conceivable area.  IP: Logged |

I'm not sure which is more frustrating..people who fail to see what is right in front of them.. or sources who withhold the "inconvenient" facts.. or people failing to notice that the facts are being interpreted for them but not shared. We can all improve on our comprehension and due diligence but the firm belief that only others are gullible is the biggest problem imoIP: Logged |
