So what? Its just the flu and it'll be gone by April. Believe what you hear instead of lying media because an expert told America the real truth already .

Actually we are not believing the media, the media is what is selling fear, we are looking at the data, the recovery rates and the death rates. As more data comes in you have to reassess the risk naturally, you cannot stay stuck in fight or flight and actually look at the statistics and readjust your thinking. IP: Logged |

I went to pick up some Chipotle take out today here in Colorado and boy it was busy there and in general, people clearly wanted this shutdown to end. There were a lot of cars driving around and lot of movement and activity, people on their bikes, walking their dogs, hiking, bikers were out too as the weather was nice today and businesses looked busy.A lot of people were out walking too in their neighborhoods as a family and alone, a lot of activity over all. It overall felt like things are going back to normal. I think with what I am seeing if this keeps up we can bounce back from this. I will add that I think both sides wanted this shutdown to end. A lot of people who are protesting are protesting in big cities and big cities tend to be more liberal. There is no way that everyone that was out today were all Trump supporters because if they were then we are for sure winning this election, I think both sides wanted this lock down to END and is a minority who want this lockdown to continue. As testing is showing, the lock down didn’t stop the spread. Compared to those with the antibodies, the fatality rate is very low and getting lower the more we test.IP: Logged |

That means people who died from it today were probably infected a month ago or even 6 weeks ago. People who needed to be hospitalized today were probably infected 3 weeks ago, started exhibiting symptoms a week ago...and probably weren't treated with Hydroxychloroquine combined with azithromycin and zinc. The number of cases..and deaths are going down across most states.

The only reason why we are on lockdown is to "flatten the curve". So that the hospitals will not be overwhelmed. The USA is a huge country. Yes things have been hard in NY but it is fair to say that most hospitals across the country are functioning at less than full capacity because the coronavirus onslaught that was expected has not happened. Even in Florida with its high elderly population and its governor that dragged its feet into getting into Covid lockdown, the onslaught has not happened. It is time to lift the restrictions. If the democrats continue on this lockdownpath further than necessary, they will be giving to Trump the November reelection. Trump did not have the young people's vote before all of this, but if it continues, he will have it in November. Too many of the youth (teens, 20s, and 30s) have had their lives upended to protect the older folks. With the economy collapsing and their job prospects now in shambles, their dreams destroyed or deferred, we have a political time bomb on our hand. Society has traditionally used the young as cannon fodder for wars to protect the larger society. At least, there was for the youth the "glory" of dying for country. There is no glory there in this covid thing for the youth. No hero's welcome to come home to. No veteran's badge. The young are our future. Let life resume. I am for lifting the restrictions.

There are no counter facts.
