In 2014, Antonio Mugica and Lord Mark Malloch-Brown, CEO and Chair of Smartmatic respectively, formed a holding company called SGO Corporation Limited, an election technology company and manufacturer of voting machines.

The board of SGO Corporation included Sir Nigel Knowles, the CEO of the international law firm DLA Piper, and others. Doug Emhoff, who is the husband of Kamala Harris, is a partner with DLA Piper, a board member of SGO Corporation.

What’s the connection between Smartmatic and Dominion election voting systems, whose voting machines were used in the key battleground states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Nevada, and Georgia?

In 2007, Dominion bought hardware and software that was once owned by Smartmatic. However, the press release that Dominion issued announcing its purchase has been scrubbed. In fact, all articles on the internet linking the two companies can no longer be viewed, although an article I’ll link to below states they can still be seen at Archive.org.

Smartmatic is trying hard to conceal its ties to Dominion. It recently posted a tweet denying its connection with the company. Dominion recently failed to appear at a committee hearing and has lawyered up, closed their offices, and scrubbed their website and employee LinkedIn info. Employees of Dominion have come forward and signed affidavits regarding voter fraud.

In a 2015 interview, Lord Mark Malloch Brown admitted to a licensing agreement between Smartmatic and Dominion.

I’m worried for Sidney’s life. She should have stayed silent until filing the suit.

The Gateway pundit is a joke site. I don't think I'd use it for factual information.

How about the NYT, Washington Post, CNN, NBC and FOX? Do you consider these to be reliable sources of factual information?

If there is any attempt on her life, we'll know she's over the target. We'll probably see a coordinated effort to discredit her.

Come to think of it, she's said everyone is trying to get her to stop, so we already know she's over the target.

I'm worried about Joe's life actually. Trump the psycho could pay people to do whatever it takes to clear the path for him.

Okay. Here is the video of the 2015 interview with Lord Mark Malloch Brown, in which he admits a Licensing Agreement between Dominion and Smartmatic.

The fact is, yes, part of our technology is licensed from Dominion.

Poor choice of words. A joke site is a parody site--such as The Onion. Gateway Pundit has been wrong in the past by not double checking facts, but it's not like CNN, the New York Times, and other media that have been caught outright making things up.

Randall, thanks for your clarification.
I got the actual video of Malloch Brown admitting ties with Dominion, which I've posted.

No worries! I've been guilty of posting links to parody sites before, and Juni set me straight.
