Hello lovelies!!I am not sure I am on the right messageboard as I am quite new on this website but I just neede d to share this unsual story and perhaps hear some of yours if you have had anything similar happen to you... I grew up in a very Catholic family and my mom always taught us to pray to our guardian angel before going to sleep. One time she woke up late as her alarm didn't go off and she said that from now on she would also ask her guardian angel to wake her up if her alarm died or something happened. She claims whenever her alarm battery had died or she slept through her alarm some weird noise or something would always wake her up just in time to not be late to work (for my Virgo mother, you have no idea how stressful it is to not be punctual for work especially). Anyway, so last week I had been working 50hrs at work and doing volunteer work on top of that, so I was quite exhausted. One night, I got home quite early and went straight to bed at 7 hoping to take a little nap before actually going to bed. I was so tired but had to wake up really early for work the next morning...I couldn't even get up to set my alarm. I just asked my guardian angel to wake me up if anything, turned off the lights and went to sleep. At about 9h45pm I get woken up by a woman's voice, almost the same as my mothers calling me by a nickname in my native language! Just once, as if the person was standing right next to me in my tiny bedroom. I was so convinced it was my mom! But there was no one, and it wasn't her as she was fully asleep by then and her room is quite isolated from mine. guess my guardian angel woke me up

That's amazing! A similar story but not exactly - I don't want to get into details as it is a bit personal, but i once got an advice from a voice in a moment of silence. I didn't hid the advice and suffered as a result, so it is not such an incredible story after all. But i remembered that voice later and understood i betrayed myself. And i learned from it. Perhaps "betrayed" is a bit harsh a word for a human mistake. But if a guardian angel tries to help and one doesn't listen, well... that's not very wise. But that's part of life too.IP: Logged |

I'd like to know about this.A voice spoke to me about a month ago concerning a man I had met in passing maybe twice but that particular evening he had dinner at my home. I didn't feel anything other than friendship toward him so it wasn't that sort of a thing. But that night I had a dream in which he was wearing a white tuxedo, and a voice told me this is the man that is supposed to be for me. This is like the worse timing on Earth right now and plus ... how do you work that in a conversation! So, can these things be other things? Like spirits or something? Can anyone attest to having an experience like this turn out to be "bad" in some way.... IP: Logged |

I've heard a voice a couple of times, but it was in my head. It was clear, and not my own voice or thoughts... first time was six years ago, and the second time was almost five years ago, as I tried to meditate and focus on a question - I was looking for a specific answer and it turned out to be correct. It hasn't happened since, which a shame, because it was calm, not hysterical (as I was feeling, when I was looking for an answer). IP: Logged |

Yes, Teasel, same here. Very calm voice, not my own. Time seemed to stop when I heard the voice. I wasn't in a freaking out state so to speak, although as you know, most of my last years have been such, so perhaps it was a real message, do you think that could be? And does one act on such things or just wait and see what happens?IP: Logged |

I have had so many instances of hearing what I feel is God's voice.One of the first was in a bad storm. I was going to light a candle. A voice spoke to me but it was in my gut. It said, "Don't light that candle, you have gas. It was full of authority so I didn't. 20 minutes later, lightening hit a gas pipe in my yard and gas came pouring in my house lol
