Hi everyone. It is true that depression might be a cause for hair falling out?I will check the reason for it with my dermato but I wonder if is my depression that is causing it.

Also I'm gonna book a consultation with a psychologist for the 1st time,I'm feeling on the edge and I'm feeling alone because no one gets me.When I finally had the courage to speak about how I was feeling I regreted totally because they can't understand, talking to them only makes me feel worse.so yeah maybe a psychologist can help me but I don't know what to say :/ I don't open up easily. This will be a true struggle.

Hopefully I will have the energy to really go there and not be too afraid.

Thanks for the answer.I will do that.

Does anyone know activities that helps to "fix" an unbalanced solar chakra?I had a reading a long time ago,the girl told my solar plexus was "closed",she also told me it was due to something that happened a long time ago,a pain that left me paralized but I didn't know much about chakras so I didn't do much to help myself. Now I know a little bit more about the subject I noticed that wow it's truly super unbalanced! and have been like that since my childhood.

Maybe I should do some male activities such woodwork?

It's better to start from the root, it's the easiest to open, then slowly you can proceed upwards. Root is basically related to sex. Martial Art tends to use the second chakra. Yoga can be used to open up solar plexus.
But the techniques you use to open the chakras also need to fit you. For some affirmations might fit, for some visualization, for some yoga, for some meditation and for some simply trust, it depends upon the kind of person you are.

Thanks for your words Mirage! I'm very anxious but I'm very excited too!

Yeah it could be that but hopefully it isn't cuz depression is already too difficult to deal with.Talking about it...I think my sadness is more related to the childhood issues that I didn't deal with.Anyway,I'm glad to know memory loss it is one of depression symptoms cuz I thought I really had a problem! I forget everything.

Good luck

Instead of Martial Art for second chakra, you can also do manual labour for some hours daily, at home maybe, that too helps a lot in getting out of the head which helps in being grounded.

lol @ "fire crackling noise" definitely sounds pretty cool

Good luck again Danny

Do you eat bananas? Nine out of ten people are deficient in Potassium. Supplements don't work well. This causes brain fog and then depression as the deficiency gets greater. Try eating a few bananas every day.

Eat them when you feel particularly depressed. The magnesium also has a soothing effect.

Try a home-made banana split. Ice cream has a positive psychological effect.

There are Vitamin D receptors on every hair follicle, and a deficiency in Vitamin D can cause depression, so try taking a supplement, but make sure it's D3, which is the same type of D the sun produces through the skin.
