ALGOL 26’10” Taurus again hopefully too wide

Echo 28’06” aries conjunct natal moon 27'40” less than half degree. Moon is tight trine to Pluto late 7th, sextile mars 5th and opp Neptune 9th conj 10th Never suffered any kind of abuse in childhood or adulthood. Uranus in 7th definitely walks away to start again….

My prog sun at 1' cancer is currently conj Hades and have major health problems, I think mainly due to prog mars *exactly* square to neptune..

I'd disregard some of those asteroids as they're not all that strong in your chart. If they get aspected in synastry then use them, otherwise...stick to the ones that are closest. There's just too many up there as it is.

Echo is certainly strong being conjunct your moon and I'd use Narcissus as the complimentary "other". There could be issues around not being heard on an emotional level and it could indicate a strong longing for the object of your desire. Do you ever feel like you're wasting away when you don't have the object of your concern?

Kaali and Apollo ~ I probably wouldn't use either of these to do with love though Kaali may suggest an attraction to strong women. Apollo had a disastrous love life but does impart creativity and a lot of warmth.

I use 2 deg max orb for asteroids and only ever stretch to three if I have reasons to do so, usually when it's being activated by transit and conjunct one of the main planets in the chart....like Sun, moon, angle or chart ruler. Fixed stars I stick to under two degrees at all times.

With Saturn approaching your Neptune this year I'd take extra care to make sure you're as optimistic as you can be. Because your health is already bad, this particular transit will make it harder for you to feel good about yourself. It won't make your health worse but it will make you feel a bit despondent at times, it flattens morale.

Jupiter may help when it passes over your Sun and Venus, and Pluto trining will also give you extra strength so it's not all bad. Pluto can push you to the brink but it also has the power to transform and survive. Your Moon rules your 6th house and I wonder if you get seriously impatient when you're ill? It also stresses the need to communicate(moon in 3rd) about your emotions more when you are sick ~ it'll act as medicine. Because you mentioned you have progressed Sun at 1 Cancer ~ it may be more apparent at how your emotions do affect your health.

Psyche will show you where you're prepared to go that extra mile and the qualities that you can admire in yourself and others. Eros in gemini...there's a definite theme of communication here. Mercury is conjunct your south node along with Ceres. Eros and Psyche aren't strong in your chart but they are reinforcing other stuff in the chart.
