tVenus (ruler of your MC) will connect with your Scorpio IC and cross into your H4, with Jupiter in Sag still there for you.

I see other things I'd be tempted to add but am still am not confident-enough to make the best 'call'. Certainly!, that time-period (and your transits) are showing an active time for you. (And I don't have your data-- I have copies of wheels you leave around.)

tJupiter Sag will reach the planets at the end of your H4 November 2019. It will connect with your Saturn Uranus conjunction. Saturn Sag, then Uranus 26+ Sag-- afterwards to enter your 5th House to trine your Sun Taurus H9.

According to Robert Hand, Planets in Transit, when Jupiter conjuncts Saturn, this does have the ability to suggest a relocation. If you're trying to establish a business, whatever you choose to do 'in the outer world' can be "lasting."

tJupiter will then also come into a conjunction with your Uranus Sag! That could add more fuel to your 'launch'. Take you to a place that is much-further away from your present locale. ..
tJupiter to either (BOTH!!) of these planets also comes with a sense of restlessness and and wanting to break free ("you have to strike a balance between the demands that others make on you, and your need to be yourself").

Along with other transits at that time, this can have the effect of opening opportunities {things like bumping into situations or people} that prove beneficial to you.

Should serve to really broaden-out your life and horizons.

If you're going to be self-employed, you might contact a small-business group? You'll have to gauge how much your services will be worth (in whatever area you wish to build yourself a business), and what your 'draw' is-- why would people come to see 'you' instead of someone else?

Or, why would someone else employ 'you'?

Once you have made your first relocation chart (which is probably the place you live now), go down to the bottom left (way down) of circle chart and find something that lets you choose a new location. It will ask you to put new town or city there, then will redraw the chart using that town's coordinates (longitude/latitude).

Look at the MC position, and the planets you have there.
Look at the 10th House, Look at that 9th House.

I am being "shallow" here.
There's a lot more I could say, but I feel uncomfortable as I'm not "trained".
These are my 'shallow' guesses, plus, things I've found on various websites.

I'm not sure but-- you might have your JUPITER line running up and down the entire west-coast of the USA.
Check Map-lines for that.
Having JUPITER on your MC is very lucky for career endeavors-
In Aries/MC, it could be that you'll 'feel' the sense-of-self rather strongly there. May be pronounced. You can really 'showcase' your talents, and bring yourself popularity in whichever career you choose.
Would draw out talents associated with those planets too.. Accentuates them.

Aries on the MC would be 'favorable' for a career as a 'self-employed' person, in the field of 'physical therapy' (massage!).

In the relo-charts that you do...
One of the things you want to look at is the GRID for AC/MC. Look at whether the aspects change from various relo-planets .. can tell you how 'comfortable' you will feel 'as yourself' there (ASC); and any possible challenges or boosting to your career/public image (MC).
Pay extra attention to planets (and points) that touch the MC/IC or that come exact with the House Cusps. These will play a more prominent influence and energy-role in your chart.

Get into those Map-lines!!!
PLAY with the features there.
You'll discover 'how' to use them by turning features off and on.

Again... I am NOT "trained" in relo, and don't have the software. Maybe other people here at LL do.
