What was really funny (in the gallows way) to me was where he then went to roasting the viewers who lie to their doctor anyway, so why do they care when you obviously don't care about your long term health?

Yeah, it's done for humor. But then they'd probably be sued or endure other legal difficulties if they made it into a documentary.
