From 1991-193 he served as director of the department of energy's office of science under George bush's administration but was fired in late 1983 by the Clinton administration after he failed to convince bill that the science behind global warming movement is deeply flawed.Dr happer has unimpeachable credentials and a stellar history of academic excellence.the biical storm in Texas is a product if weather warfare.
A technogy called HAARP has been weaponized and directed at Texas as a warning to republican states that have eschewed biden's covid-19 policies and promised to fight his dissection of the 2nd amendment. HAARP is a acronym for high frequency active auroral research program.ostensibly a scientific research program to study properties of the ionosphere through directed microwave frequencies (First off HAARP uses radar frequencies to study the ionosphere but when this program was started scientist squeatiobed what it was really about because the ionosphere has been thoroughly studied for over 70 years.what possibly could they find our that is not already known. Many scientists immediately saw HAARP could be weaponized.
HAAEP has been used in conjunction with chemtrails to create cloud patterns in otherwise blue skies to moderate the fraudulent global warming of the earth. Since I am not going to get into a discussion with trolls about global warming and chemtrails I will give my first hand experience with HAARP.

In 2016 I was in Daly city just south if San Francisco I was kicked backed and watching cotton ball puffs of clouds come over the low coastal hills.I had a cleat view for about 7-10 miles down the coastal hill range.I was watching a cloud puff when it suddenly stopped moving and then started to move again.I followed it and it did it again.it was moving at a 3/4 tempo 1-2-3 stop,1-2-3 stop.this was clearly not natural so I started looking at the entire cloud bank .all the puffs of clouds were moving in a3/4 tempo.as I said this cloud bank was 7-19 mikes long.
As this is scientifically impossible to be a natural movement I raised my gaze much higher in the sky and saw a jet laying down chemtrails.it was only going north and south and the sky was streaked with chemtrails. The reason I know these were chemtrails is that one point jet went into a corkscrew descent to a Lowe altitude.but the pilot had left the chemtrails chemicals on because I saw the perfect corkscrew pattern made by the chemtrails.there is no possibility these were contains,teasel,because of the low speed a jet would have to be going to make a corkscrew maneuver.and jet was at too a low altitude which also precluded the creation of contrails.
For the next 40 minutes I watched the chemtrails streaks merge together and formed a grey overcast sky in what had been a clear blue sky.
The 3/4 syncopated movement of the cloud bank had allowed the chemtrails to form a cloud cover..this is how HAARO can be used to manipulate large air masses such as the ice storm front that was stalled over texas as claimed by Dr happier.Todd) IP: Logged |

Hmm, apparently if you light the snow from underneath the water gets re-absorbed by the snow above and the black residue is from the lighter fluid in something called sublimation. The Alaska snow video, the flame was always more on top than underneath. But it's piqued my curiosity, I'll give it a try tomorrow and see for myself! [edit] I tested it and it seems to be correct. It looks like if you light the snow from underneath, the fumes from the fire source probably gets absorbed by the snow and since you're still hitting the same area with heat, you are in sense burning the same fumes, thus the blackening. If the flame source is above or to the side of the snowball, the absorbed fumes probably are less concentrated and thus the black charring does not seem to appear. IP: Logged |

Hmmm my text wasn't included in my last response.I just said that the new York video was more convincing because he used a torch which doesn't have the flaw of extraneous soot causibgvthe black deposits on the snow
