I am however somebody who has been interested in health for many years. I'm a trained reiki master and have used bach flower remedies and essential oils for many years.

I decided to create and record a healing meditation this week and wondered if any of you would be interested in listening to it? I'd like to know if the music and pace are okay and if you find it relaxing and healing? Or if you fall asleep...which is great too!

Sorry I shall re-edit my words, I didn't mean for that to be misleading.

Unfortunately as I recorded the piece on my phone I cannot get the audio to upload on to YouTube. I've tried everything! So I've had to go for Soundcloud as the host but yes all you do is listen.

Basically the words in the meditation help guide you to bring in healing light and let go of any blocks.

It's very interesting about your experience of Reiki 1 though. I can't imagine being scared of psychic visions, as I've been raised to believe that's the norm but I can imagine if that happens suddenly and unwittingly it must be scary.

Perhaps practice on a friend. Tell the friend that this happened before and would they be okay to discuss the visions if they come through, and regardless they will get a healing session?

It may have been a more intense experience if there were other psychics in the room and a strong Neptune/Pluto transit going on for you. It's not be scared of, we've only blocked these insights in the later part of human history. They're all completely normal and actually integral for survival prior to human settling in permanent residences and I think recognising these skills were used by our species every day make it a whole lot less scary? :-)

I didn't share this meditation to sell anything. I shared it because I wrote it for my twin flame and it's so full of love I thought it would help others too.

Yes. I truly do 'feel' for you, as the competition for customers right now is carnivorous and brutal.

What was once available for "everyone" .. is now pinched-off and restricted to only certain of the financial 'classes'.

Gently, it wasn't like-that at all in the past.
People presented their content, which had 'Quality', and it was a Blessing and helped people very much, from EVERY walk of life. The ones who had the ability to pay, would Contact the Server to arrange for a reading.

This Lifted ALL vibrations...
Just because a person doesn't have the token-coin-money, doesn't mean they don't deserve to share in the Inspirations that lift ALL humanity, and make this place a little gentler and more nutritious to live in.

I remember stories about astrologer Isabel Hickey. In order to express her Gratitude to Spirit, she regularly set aside one day a week, to give her readings without cost to the client.

I know that I've never really wished to be a full time reader as it can be quite exhausting, being an empath. I truly do write and study astrology for the love of it and I know this makes me fortunate.

I also know that as soon as I start to speak and teach astrology then it will be possible to make a lucrative career. I suppose this meditation is a step in the right direction (my North Node in the 3rd opposite Saturn has struggled to branch out in this direction previously).

By the way gratitude really IS key!! Most definitely, sometimes we deliberately hold ourselves back from success and I have been aware of such. Saturn-Moon conjunction ensuring I meet my own high standards first ;-)

I believe from ur voice ive listened your mediations before.
As for the reiki session i had. Kinda hard to explain. I wasnt afraid in a fearful way, more in a shocked way.
It never happen before or sense. So yeah maybe i was having some intense transits going on that day. I dodnt have any plans to go that day, i just saw it some where and had this overwhelming urge to go.

What i saw when i touched the people was not a full on vision, more like a flash of objects that were telling me things.
I feel like i was sent there. There was a family 2 parents and 3 teen age kids. Im guessing they were having some family issues and went to a reiki session for some healing. I some how tapped into them. I felt like i was invading their privacy. Very strange for me.

Im not a psychic or make any claims to be one. For some reason i felt like i was used as a vessel for that family for that one day. Very different experience.

I do however feel that i just know things at times. But thats very different, thats a flash of knowledge that pops in my head, no vision, or seeing objects. So something was just very different about that day.

I really hope you're feeling much healthier now and I'm sending you more reiki vibes for an uplifting recovery. Being ill can take us deep into ourselves sometimes and I'm glad you found the beauty in stepping into your soul a little at least.

I hadn't thought about the nodes, but I guess it's not so far off….Moon is 2 Cancer, Saturn 28 Gemini, North Node 26 Sagittarius. They're all going to have their moment soon enough. In the meantime they have been in cahoots with Pluto squaring my Asc (22 Libra) and Dsc so the lessons have been big! ;-)

Your experience sounds fascinating, as if you somehow stepped into the group energy of the family. I wouldn't worry about intruding, you were welcome. It wouldn't happen otherwise, not spontaneously like that anyway ♥

We all have natural psychic ability in some way, in some areas. It's a lovely thing to embrace. In terms of what your reiki teacher said, do take heed. Some people have bigger auras than others. You can feel it particularly with some performers, have you ever noticed that some actors (even via the medium of film) grab your attention far more than others? This obviously can help them to be more successful too, but it's not easy being 'noticeable'.

I haven't seen your aura, but I would think there is an aspect from Neptune or Pluto giving you more impact in the astral realm. Meaning that you can receive and transmit telepathy more efficiently than most and also that with very strong, clear thinking, you can change the energy in a room. That you already do.

It's fascinating when a person has a certain aspect or configuration, and then the rest of the world gets to experience what this is like, for the native.

Will help you navigate more easily since you already 'know' the energy? Or, at least you'll feel like you're not alone.

First want to share a small story with you, for illustration purposes.

Back in gradeschool for me, since I was coming up to the time I'd enter 6th Grade, it made me eligible to try out for 'big kids' softball league.

It was a grey day. I stood at bat. The coach threw the ball. While swinging, the ball 'just happened' to hit that "sweet spot" on the bat, sending it sailing WAY OUT to the far edges of Center Field.

It had "felt" (within me) like an 'accident' that I hit and connected with the sweet-spot so well.

On the next day of tryouts, it happened "again" -- connected to the "sweetspot". I was told I was accepted on the team.

I think I must have said something to the coach, where he told me that, he 'chose' me because if I could do it 'once', he knew I could do it again.

Walked away, thinking Wow.

So. You made that recording that was successful and 'Full of Love' for your TF.

Don't limit your self thinking that you won't be able to 'replicate' such Quality.

That was 'hitting the Sweetspot'.
The memory of 'where' that is IN you, is STILL there. You 'do' have Access to it, "again."

That was your first-step …
Expect that you will 'do it again' and get more and more "consistent" and better and better polished.

You're not a 'one-hit' wonder.
You have a Heart for it.
Your Heart Knows how to keep its rhythm.

That's strange what you experience trying to meditate. I'd be inclined to try to sit with the feeling and see what comes up. It's curious that your anxious and it could be linked to some experience from childhood, perhaps when you felt trapped or confined at some time and that made you scared. Just remember you are safe now and see if you can feel the anxiety as anger or pain...

I understand that these people are 'outside' of the field of interest (astrology, new-age, etc), but might be a way of you practicing poise and learning tools for speaking publicly.

Could also be good for finding future-clients. I'm sure that some of your speeches could 'be' constructed on your own interests.
