For my absence here...see my post on health&healing.Really, I have not been consuming anything of interest to post! But I have come to know, my NO sugar and low carbs can really mess with the brain. So I am now on a mission to start adding quality carbs to my diet and still loose weight and be healthy.. So, I am about to become very creative with new cooking ideas...bear with me!!! t~ IP: Logged |

You need carbs! Carbs are not the enemy. No apologies needed. IP: Logged |

Carb the heck up!! Lol It was a saying back in the day for undercarbed brain fog. When we thought carbs were bad. Without carbs omg, one would need to eat too much protein, it makes me sick, headaches, and smellier BO. IBS, list goes on. 80% carbs I find is the appropriate amount for my sanity, just say'n. And the weight loss thing, I lost the most weight thinking and obsessing less about food, it's not always what we are stuffing into our gullets, but rather, the quantity. Eat small, go hungry for a while, that's when we burn fat, but eat again before starving otherwise we store fat (apparently!) but I've always found that was bs. The less I ate the more weight I lost- gee! I look forward to seeing your future yumminess foodie posts.

I am kind of refusing to give up things. I try to balance my body so it can stand a bit of everything. That is kind of how I look at it, but that is just my take.
