Every day I have 3 cups of greens from my garden. I have to put pineapple or mango in because it would be too hard to drink without it. My hair is amazing. I can't get over it and my skin, too.Greens are wonder foods! I am glad you are doing better, Charmaine! ------------------ Passion, Lust, Desire. I drink a green smoothie just about every day, for breakfast. Tip: Add packets of stevia, vanilla, and ice to improve the flavor! quote: Originally posted by Randall: Raw green plants build blood cells.
quote: Green foods contain chlorophyll, the same green pigment found in plants. In case you've forgotten your high-school biology, the oxygen we breathe comes from the chlorophyll in plants. Simply put: no chlorophyll, no human life.Chlorophyll is identical to human blood except that the center element in chlorophyll is magnesium, whereas the center element in blood is iron. Chlorophyll, in fact, is the only food perfectly suited to deliver and maintain the appropriate amounts of magnesium and iron needed to maintain good health to both men and women. Its magnesium, for example, goes directly to muscle tissue and can rapidly relieve painful cramps. Some researchers claim that chlorophyll has the ability to release magnesium from its center and absorb iron, and thus become hemoglobin. Chlorophyll literally becomes human blood. More blood means more ability to disburse oxygen to the cells!

I stopped with the wheatgrass for a while. Couldn't stomach it anymore. Will try again in a week or two.IP: Logged |

What was so bad about the wheatgrass, Charm? I do mine in a juicer( Champion) with pineapple. You can't even taste that wheat grass taste. I agree. It is kind of gross lol This is really interesting. One site said that if you sleep with it next to your pillow you will sleep better ------------------ Passion, Lust, Desire. Check out my journal http://www.mychristianpsychic.com/

I have plenty garden bananas in the fridge. I might mix them with my wheatgrass powder for a chlorophyll fix.IP: Logged |
