I love With my friend we eat it very often What you need
■ fresh soybean sprouts
■ grated carrot
■ a lawyer
■ salad leaves
■ crushed peanuts
■ mint leaves and fresh coriander
■ rice cake
■ Vermicelli in the Asian department For the sauce
■ sesame seeds
■ rice vinegar (I replace with a dash of lemon juice)
■ soy sauce because I had not found tamari ■ sesame oil I added a little crushed peanut and sesame seeds


After the confinement, it was impossible to find soybean sprouts, so I took iceberg salad, I find it very practical because packed and no need to clean and wash it, it's ready. You can also do it with apple cabbage, watercress with avocado, it's excellent.
