Pepper has many grades. I found an amazing one on Amazon. If you like pepper, it can add a whole new dimension to salads and veggies. I am a raw vegan, pretty much, so to make things exciting you need to rev up spices, oils etc
This is totally amazing, much more flavorful than the black pepper.------------------

What is the best type of pepper mill to use if you switch off peppercorns? Or do you have a separate pepper mill for each different type of peppercorn, that you keep filled?IP: Logged |

I got one from Amazon that had all good ratings. Don't go cheapo on appliances. They will break, in my experience. I should have a separate one for salt and different peppers but I am an earth void so I am lucky to even have a pepper grinder

I'm going to get a good quality grinder and put white peppercorns in it. The pepper mill I got as a gift broke shortly afterwards and I never replaced it. IP: Logged |

yes, I got a blend of pink, black and white. I did not know that white is the original and black is taken from white. I don't know how pink fits in  ------------------
